| ObjectiveCompare the curative effect of warm acupuncture and western medicine on the delayed asthenia cold type menstruation,and observe the effect of the two on serum sex hormones,seek a safe,effective and simple treatment for the delayed asthenia cold type menstruation.Method60 cases of patients with delayed asthenia cold type menstruation who met the research criteria were randomly divided into the warm acupuncture group and the western medicine group with 30 cases each.In the warm acupuncture groupand,the acupoints were selected as guanyuan,qihai,guilai(Shuang),uterus(Shuang),xuehai(Shuang),sanyinjiao(Shuang)and zusanli(Shuang).After acupuncture,apply 2 sets of warm acupuncture at each point and then lift the needle.Every other day,three times a week.The western medicine group was given orally estradiol valerate tablet of 1mg once a day for 21 days.From the 12 th day,1mg of progesterone soft capsule was added,twice a day for 10 days.Both groups were treated for three menstrual cycles.The symptom scores before,after and 3 months after treatment were recorded.The reback time of menstruation after treatment was recorded.The contents of FSH,LH and E2 before and after treatment were recorded.All data were analyzed using SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results1.Comparison of clinical efficacy: after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group(86.66%)was compared with that of the control group(90.00%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the total effective rate of the warm acupuncture group was 83.33%,significantly higher than that of the western medicine group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of symptom scores: after treatment,intra-group comparison showed that the symptom scores of patients in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the scores of symptoms in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the scores of symptoms in the warm acupuncture group were all significant(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in the scores of menstrual cycle and abdominal cold pain(P<0.01).3.Comparison of menstruation reback time: after treatment,the menstruation reback time of the warm acupuncture group was lower than that of the western medicine,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of sex hormone indexes: after treatment,the contents of FSH and LH in the two groups were lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).E2 of the two groups was higher than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Both warm acupuncture and western medicine can improve the clinical symptoms of delayed asthenia cold type menstruation.The short-term curative effect of the two is similar,but the long-term curative effect of warm acupuncture is more significant.This suggests that the effect of warm acupuncture therapy is long-lasting and stable,and has obvious advantages in improving menstrual cycle and cold pain of lower abdomen.2.Both warm acupuncture and western medicine can shorten the reback time in the delayed asthenia cold type menstruation,and the effect of warm acupuncture is better than that of western medicine.3.Both warm acupuncture and western medicine can regulate FSH,LH and E2 in patients with delayed asthenia cold type menstruation,improve the function of HPO,and thus improve the delayed menstruation. |
