Local Acupoint Shock Wave Therapy For Stagnation Of Adhesion Stagnation Clinical Observation Of Shoulder Periarthritis

Objectives: To observe the efficacy of shock wave combined with local acupoints in the treatment of periorbital stagnation of the stagnation of the shoulder,and to provide a new idea for the treatment of periarthritis.Methods: This study was a randomized controlled trial.60 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis who met the criteria of this trial at the Department of Bone,Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly selected.30 patients in each group and control group.The experimental group was treated with local acupoint shock wave treatment,and the control group was treated with pain point shock wave.The patient was instructed to perform shoulder joint function exercises during the treatment period.The visual analog pain score(VAS),shoulder function score and adverse events were observed and recorded in the two groups of patients with frozen shoulder before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.The patients were evaluated for efficacy 4 weeks after the end of the treatment.Statistical analysis was performed on the two sets of data.Results: 1.There was no significant difference in general condition(sex,age,course of disease,shoulder)between the two groups(P> 0.05).There were no cases falling off in the course of this project.2.The two groups of treatment options of this subject can improve the VAS pain score of the subjects,and the results show that the improvement of the patient’s pain score is better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The two groups of treatments in this subject can improve the shoulder function score of the subjects,and the results show that the improvement of the shoulder function score of the test group is better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was 4 weeks,the total effective rate was 93% in the experimental group and 73% in the control group.The experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).5.During the treatment period,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the patients with periarthritis of the shoulder,such as skin damage,allergies,swelling and bruising Conclusions: Local acupoint shock wave treatment of adhesion stagnation type of shoulder joint inflammation compared with pain point shock wave treatment can better improve the pain and functional activity of shoulder joints.It is an effective treatment for the treatment of stagnation type of scapulohumeral periarthritis.
