Study On Pharmacological Action And Compatibility Of Bezoar And Its Substitute

Research Objective: substitute medicing is a widely used discipline in Tibeten medicine.There are many records of substitute medicinal materials in the classical literature of Tibetan medicine,but with the development of science,some traditional things are gradually forgotten by people.Cow-bezoar is a traditional Tibetan medicine with a history of clinical application of more than two thousand years.However,due to severe shortage,it cannot meet the clinical needs.In the traditional Tibetan medicine clinical application,there are drugs with similar functions to replace the inheritance of bezoar.Based on the Tibetan medicine theory,this paper conducts a comparative study on the medicine of bezoar and its substitutes by searching the Tibetan medicine literature,so as to provide a basis for further research on the efficacy.Research methods: this article through the literature research and comparative study on the method of combining 60 Tibetan ancient classics,and of the related literature about the bezoar and substitute for the content of the theoretical basis,to its academic characteristics,clinical application and hides a substitute for medicine carding and analysis,using statistical methods to analyze its drug compatibility rule.The pharmacological theory of taste and effect in Tibetan medicine is used to compare,analyze,summarize and summarize each other.Research results and conclusions: starting from the analysis of the identification,property,efficacy and composition of different substitutes and original medicines,the correlation between original medicines and substitute medicines is further analyzed,so as to explain the principle of substituting different medicines for specific diseases.Based on Tibetan ancient classics,this study extensively discussed the properties,taste and ingredients of bezoar and its substitutes.Combination properties and the effect of different substitutes,such as compatibility laws for analysis and summary,consult the ancient medical skill inheriting traditional bezoar production process parameters research,the bezoar and substitute for theoretical analysis and process parameters of the drugs for clinical severe lack of bezoar has certain application value,to substitute for traditional bezoar development provides new ideas.
