Observation On Treatment Effect Of Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction On Cardiac Neurosis Of Gan Stagnation Pi Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction combine with Fuling Xingren Gancao Decoction and Juzhijiang Decoction in treating Cardiac Neurosis(CN)of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency syndrome,and compare its effect with Dailixin.Methods:Sixty patients with CN of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into Control group(n=30)and Treatment group(n=30).Patients of treatment group were given Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction combine with Fuling Xingren Gancao Decoction and Juzhijiang Decoction,and that of the control group ware given Delixin orally for 28 days.The scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression scale(HAMD),TCM symptom scale,heart rate,ST-T segment of ECG,adverse reactions and recurrence were observed before and after the treatment.SPSS 21.0 software was used to analyze the experimental data.Result:(1)There were 60 cases in each group,30 cases in each group.(2)Evaluation of the curative effects of TCM syndromes: the total effective rates of the treatment and the control group were 86.67% and 73.33% respectively,distribution of efficacy between the two groups P=0.004<0.01,significant difference was found between the two groups.In the comparison of main symptoms scores of TCM,there were differences between the two groups(P<0.05),the treatment group had significant differences before and after treatment(P<0.01),while the scores of chest tightness,shortness of breath,palpitation and irritability in the control group were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.01).The scores of chest pain and insomnia also had statistical differences(P<0.05),but the scores of abdominal distention and fatigue had no significant difference(P>0.05).(3)Evaluation of the efficacy of anxiety and depression: In the comparison of HAMA reduction rate,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and that of the control group was 80.00%,distribution of efficacy between the two groups P=0.023<0.05,the difference had statistical significance.In the comparison of HAMD score reduction rate,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,and that of the control group was 73.33%,distribution of efficacy between the two groups P=0.026<0.05.The difference had statistical significance.(4)Assessment of the effect of decreasing the heart rate : After medication,the heart rate of the patients of these two groups decreased obviously(P<0.01),the difference between groups,P=0.024<0.05,which indicated the treatment of TCM is better than that of Dailixin.(5)Evaluation of the efficacy of ECG: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.21%,and that of the control group was 61.11%,distribution of efficacy between the two groups P=0.044<0.05,which showed that the treatment group was better than the control group.(6)Safety indicators: Before and after the treatment blood and urine routine,liver and kidney functions of the patients in both groups were tested and no obvious adverse reactions was found in this experiment.During the clinical observation,3 patients in control group had symptoms of dizziness,dry mouth and transient insomnia,but they were all tolerable,the patients continued taking medicines and no other obvious adverse reactions was found.(7)Recurrence rate: after the end of treatment,patients were followed up for 2 weeks.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 3.33% and that of the control group was 26.67%.The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.011<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction combine with Fuling Xingren Gancao Decoction and Juzhijiang Decoction significantly reduced the total score of TCM symptoms and improved clinical symptoms in patients with cardiac neurosis of Gan stagnation Pi deficiency syndrome.(2)The Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction combine with Fuling Xingren Gancao Decoction and Juzhijiang Decoction reduced the total scores of HAMA and HAMD in patients with cardiac neurosis of Gan stagnation Pi deficiency syndrome,and improved the anxiety and depression syndrome of patients.(3)The Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction combine with Fuling Xingren Gancao Decoction and Juzhijiang Decoction reduced the heart rate level of patients with Gan stagnation Pi deficiency syndrome of cardiac neurosis,control heart rate,and improved the condition of electrocardiogram(ST-T segment).(4)Due to the superior treatment efficacy less adverse events and better safety,the Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction combine with Fuling Xingren Gancao Decoction and Juzhijiang Decoction is worthy of clinical promotion.
