Health News From The Perspective Of Health Communication Vascular Disease Report Research

With the development of globalization,urbanization and aging of the society,people’s life style has changed greatly,the risk factors of cardiovascular diseases are increased,and cardiovascular diseases have become the first killer of people’s health,and the prevention and control burden of cardiovascular diseases is becoming more and more serious.The media has an inescapable responsibility in the prevention and control of cardiovascular diseases.In recent years,people’s awareness of health has been increasing,and the communication of health has been paid more and more attention.In the light of the healthy transmission,the author has studied the media’s report on cardiovascular disease.In this thesis,Health Journal is chosen as the research object,377 samples are selected from August 12,2013 to August 12,2018,and the literature survey method,content analysis method and text analysis method are applied.Based on the quantitative and qualitative methods,the author makes statistical analysis of the selected samples from the three dimensions of news report form,agenda presentation and text analysis.The author divides the three dimensions into the number of reports,the length of reports,and the genre of reports.This paper summarizes the general situation and existing problems of cardiovascular disease reporting,including the layout of the report,the subject of the report,the source of the report,the tendency of the report,the category of the title sentence and the narrative framework.On the basis of this,some suggestions for reporting cardiovascular diseases are put forward by referring to the reporting methods of other special issues in health communication.Through the statistical analysis of the sample of "Health Journal",it was found that the number of reports on cardiovascular diseases in the form of reports was small,the proportion of short and middle reports was more,and the type of reports was mainly news.In the aspect of topic presentation,the report page is focused on the "news" and "medical forum",and the main sources of the report are our reporter and experts and scholars,which focus on disease prevention and treatment.In the aspect of text analysis,the reporting tends to be objective and true neutral report,the title sentence is good at using the declarative sentence,and the narrative frame is mainly "medical frame".The study also summarizes the characteristics of the report of cardiovascular disease in Health News.First,the number of reports is affected by special time nodes,important festivals and social hot spots will affect the number of reports;second,the characteristics of various types of diseases of cardiovascular diseases,different types of Cardiovascular disease reports are involved,cardiovascular disease risk factors reported that hypertension is the most mentioned,disease type arrhythmia and coronary heart disease are of high concern;third,in the presentation of cardiovascular disease prevention strategies,prevention and treatment means policy interpretation and The combination of knowledge popularization and prevention and treatment objects show a trend of youthfulness.Cardiovascular disease health communication has not enough attention of communicators,the main content of communication is medical framework,the communication process is lack of interaction with the audience,the communication strategy exists the problem of "pay more attention to treatment than prevention".In this study,under the background of the rapid increase in the prevalence of cardiovascular disease,the media should pay attention to health transmission,increase the coverage of cardiovascular disease,to realize the combination of breadth and depth,realize organic combination of prevention and control;It is necessary to balance the relationship between specialization and popularity,master the "degree" of specialty,and train journalists with professional qualities.In the process of communication,we should take the audience as the center,giving the public and patients the right to speak,and report should meet the needs of the audience.
