A Study Of First-class Subject Construction Discipline For University Hospitals In Undeveloped Western China

The level of discipline construction is the one of the most critical index to evaluate the comprehensive capacity of medical institution.During the key period of National strategy of Healthy China carrying out and modern hospital management developing,also establishing the efficient medical health services and improving the citizens’ livelihood,the University Hospital of Undeveloped Western China should seize the very opportunity of discipline construction to raise the level and ability of health institutions of prefecture-level.In this thesis,we aimed to reveal and analyze the existing issues of Undeveloped Western Chinese University Hospital,take Urology Department of Lanzhou Second Hospital as instances,using the systematical/comparative analysis,literature/empirical analysis methods,interviews,qualitative/quantitative analysis and some public management methods to summarize a potential feasible plan to develop the discipline construction in University Hospital of Undeveloped Western China,including the solution of overcoming the geographical and economical disadvantages,talent strategy management,innovated research management,sub-discipline constructions and internet medical management,etc.,which expected providing some limited value to disciplines construction in Undeveloped Western Chinese University Hospital.
