With the information technology constantly goes deeper in the field of education,the new type of education teaching methods continues to spring up.As a new kind of learning resource,how to carry out the micro-lecture teaching effectively and how to further develop the exploitation and expression of micro-lecture have become the main teaching concerns.This paper combines the story with micro-lecture,establishes the development model of the fictionalized micro-lecture,integrates the knowledge with plot effectively and reasonably in the development of the micro-lecture,practices and applies the fictionalized micro-lecture in the course of Internal Medicine at A medical school by using this model,and verifies its effectiveness in promoting classroom teaching.Firstly,this paper describes the background of the research,teases out the relationship between the story,micro-lecture and fictionalized micro-lecture,and explains the theoretical basis on developing the fictionalized micro-lecture.Through the literature research,this paper also reviews the main application trend as well as the development model of micro-lecture,and classifies it into different dimensions.Moreover,this paper blends the design elements of fictionalized micro-lecture based on the ADDIE micro-lecture development model,and establishes the development model of fictionalized micro-lecture.The characteristics,design strategies,development principles,applications as well as evaluation about fictionalized micro-lecture are fully generalized and explored as well.Lastly,in order to verify the validity of the implementation of the fictionalized micro-lecture,clinical medicine students in class one from grade 2015 at A medical school are chosen to evaluate the classroom teaching effects and the application effects in the course of Internal Medicine.The preliminary study indicates that the fictionalized micro-lecture could increase the students’ learning interests to some extent,motivates the study enthusiasm,enhances the effectiveness and pertinence of classroom teaching,improves the teaching effects in class.The development model based on the fictionalized micro-lecture in this paper has provided a helpful reference for innovating the application of the fictionalized micro-lecture and enriching the expression of it.
