Study On The Chemical Constituents Of The Stem Of Chimonanthus Salicifolius S. Y. Hu And The Rhizome Of Zanthoxylum Armature DC.

Chimonanthus salicifolius S.Y.Hu is a species of the genus of Chimonanthus and member of the family Calycanthaceae.It is rich in pharmacological actions and has antibacterial,antiinflammatory,anti-oxidant and antidiarrheal effects etc.,which can be used as herbal tea in the folk.It has a variety of chemical components,including volatile oils,flavonoids,coumarin and other chemical components.According to the current literature reports,there are many studies on its leaves,and its stem research is rare.In this study,the stem of Chimonanthus salicifolius S.Y.Hu was used as research object,which provided literature support for the comprehensive utilization of Chimonanthus salicifolius S.Y.Hu.60% acetone extraction of the stem of Chimonanthus salicifolius S.Y.Hu was the research object.In this study,we used different columns(MCI gel CHP 20 P,TSK gel Toyopearl HW-40 F,Cosmosil 75 C18-OPN,etc.).The extraction of the stem of the Chimonanthus salicifolius S.Y.Hu.was systematically separated to obtain fifteen compounds.They are respectively:(+)-catechin 3-O-β-glucopyranoside(1),isofraxoside(2),isofraxoside(3),3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol(4),3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),cichoriin(6),Arbutin(7),7-hydroxyl-6,7-dimethoxycoumarin(8),fraxetin(9),Scopoletin(10),(+)-Catechin(11),4’-dihydrophaseate sodium(12),Methyl 3-(indol-3-yl)propanamide(13),coretinphencone(14),6-methoxy-7,8-dihydroxy coumarin-7-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1’’-6’)-β-D-glucopyranoside(15).Among them,the compound 15 is a new;the compounds 1,3,4,5,6,12,13,14 are obtained for the first time from the isolation and purification of the family Calycanthaceae.Zanthoxylum armature DC.is a species of the genus of Rutaceae and the member of the family Zanthoxylum and Widely distributed in China.It is distributed in most parts of China.It has pharmacological actions such as liver protection,anti-oxidation and deworming.Its main chemical components are volatile oil,alkaloids,lignans and other chemical components.In order to enrich its chemical composition,and its 95% ethanol extraction was isolated and purified.The extraction of 95% ethanol from the rhizome of Zanthoxylum armature DC.was isolated and purified,and two compounds were obtained by using different columns(MCI gel CHP 20 P,TSK gel Toyopearl HW-40 F,Cosmosil 75 C18-OPN,etc.).One of the lignans is(+)-lyoniresinol 2α-O-β-D-glucopyranoide(16);the other is saponin,which is 6-O-(β-Dglucopyranosyl)-20-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-3β,6α,12β,20(S)-terahydroxydammar-24-ene(17).
