| The Zanthoxylum L.is a deciduous shrub or small tree of the Rutaceae family which have a wide distribution with a long history of cultivation in China.The plants of Zanthoxylum L are rich in chemical composition and have remarkable biological activity.Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim and Zanthoxylum armature DC.are two common medicinal plants in Zanthoxylum L..In recent years,alkaloids,lignans,amides and volatile oils have been isolated from Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim and Zanthoxylum armature DC.and modern clinical medicine is mainly used in cardio-cerebrovascular system,anti-inflammatory and analgesic,digestive system and bacteriostatic and insecticidal treatment.At present,the study on chemical composition of Zanthoxylum L.were mainly focus on the middle and small polar position of alcohol extracted,but its large polar position chemical compositions have less reported.In this study,the basis of medicinal substances of two plants was studied.In order to enrich the natural product library,the large polar position of the two plants were extracted and purified,and the structure was identified by mass spectrometry,one-dimensional and two-dimensional spectroscopy combined with the physical and chemical properties of the monomers to provide material for the further study of pharmacological activity.In this study,28 compounds were isolated and identified from 60% acetone-water extracted of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim by repeated use of MCI gel CHP 20 P,TSK gel Toyopearl HW-40 F and C18-OPN chromatography column and so on.The structures were identified as: 2-Phenylethyl-6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1)、Arbutin(2)、Isobutyl-O-β-D-Glu copranoside(3)、3-methoxyphenethyl-alcohol-4-O-β-D-glucopynanoside(4)、(1′R,3′R,5′R,8′S)-epidihydroph aseic acid-O-β-D-glucoside(5)、Benzyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6)、Benzyl-1-O-β-D-gluco pyranoside(7)、4-O-β-D-glucopyranosylferulic acid(8)、orcinol glu coside(9)、3-Methoxy-5-hydroxyphenol-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(10)、4-Hydroxyl-3,5-dimethoxyl-6-O-β-D-glucosebenzene(11)、epigallocatechin(4-α,8)-epigallocatechin(12)、2-(4-Hydroxy-3-met hoxyph enyl)ethyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(13)、 syringin(14)、 Coumaric Acid-4-O-β-D-Glucopyran oside(15)、 Phloroglucinol 1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(16)、3-OFeruloylquinic acid(17)、ZP-amide C(18)、3,5-dihydroxyphenethyl alcohol 3-O-β-D-glucopy ranoside(19)、Trypto phan(20)、Quercetin 3-O-α-L-Rhamnopyranosyl-(1-6)-β-D-glucopyrano side(21)、Quercetin 3-O-α-L-Rhamnopyranosyl(22)、Quercetin 3-O-β-glucopy ranoside(23)、betulalbuside A(24)、1-hydroxylinaloyl-6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(25),5-caffeoylquinic acid(26)、guanosine(27)、Hydroxytyrosol(28).Among them,compounds 1、3、5-12、16、19 were isolated from family Rutaceae for the first time,compounds 13、15 were isolated from genus Zanthoxylum L for the first time,compounds 14 、 24 、 25 were firstly reported from Zanthoxylum Bungeanu m Maxim.Water extractions of Zanthoxylum armature DC.were isolated by MCI,HW-40,C18-O PN and 5 compounds are isolated and identified.There were(2Z,4E,1′S,2′R,4′S,6′R)-dihydr ophaseic acid-4′-O-(6′′-O-syringic acid)-β-D-glucopyranoside(29)、(2Z,4 E,1′S,2′R,4′S,6′R)-dihydrophaseic acid-4′-O-(6′′-O-vanillic acid)-β-D-glucopyranoside(30)、salidroside(31)、syringin(32)、coniferin(33).And compounds 29、30 were new compounds. |
