Clinical Effect Of Jianpi Huashi Formula On Dyslipidemia Of Type2 Diabetesmellitus With Spleen Deficiency Dampess Ride

Objective: On the basis of oral metformin and atorvastatin calcium tablets,patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with abnormal spleen deficiency and dampness were given oral jianpi hua wei prescription to record the symptoms,blood sugar and blood lipid data before and after treatment.Methods:In this study,70 patients with abnormal spleen deficiency and dampness were selected from the outpatient department of endocrine department of affiliated hospital of Shanxi College of traditional Chinese Medicine who met the inclusion criteria.According to the principle of random control,they were divided into treatment group and control group(35 cases in each group).Based on lifestyle intervention,the control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride enteric-coated tablets and atorvastatin calcium tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Jianpi-Hua-Wei prescription on the basis of the control group to record the data of TCM syndrome score,blood glucose and blood lipids were recorded before and after treatment.Statistical software data were analyzed by statistical software.Statistical significance,to evaluate the effectiveness of Jianpihuashifang for spleen deficiency and dampness trapped type 2 diabetes mellitus with abnormal lipid metabolism,and to observe the safety indicators of patients before and after treatment to evaluate their safety.Results:(1)The treatment group before treatment and the control group P>0.05 in general data,which is not statistically significant and comparable.Before treatment,the laboratory index and TCM syndrome score P>0.05,no statistical difference,comparable.(2)the control group and the treatment group were able to reduce blood glucose and blood lipids.among them,the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose for 2 hours,glycosylated hemoglobin,total cholesterol and triglycerides(p <0.05),and there was no significant difference in improving high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol compared with the control group(p >0.05).(3)After treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes in the control group and the treatment group was significantly improved compared with before treatment.In the single symptom,there was no obvious improvement before and after treatment except for thesymptoms of body obesity,and all the other symptoms were improved,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group was 72.72% and 21.21%,respectively,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: This research can show that invigorating spleen and removing dampness can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with abnormal lipid metabolism,and can increase the effect of western medicine on lowering blood sugar and blood lipid.High security,can be more in-depth exploration and promotion of use.
