Objective:According to the theoretical framework of knowledge, belief and behavior, combined with health belief model,we designed the health knowledge, belief and behavior questionnaire for the high-risk population of stroke. To investigate the health knowledge, belief and behavior status of high-risk population of stroke, and explore the influencing factors of health knowledge, belief and behavior of high-risk population of stroke,so as to provide theoretical basis for health guidance of high-risk population of stroke.so as to provide of high-risk population of stroke. Methods :Using convenience sampling method,464 high-risk stroke patients screened in Xingtai Development Zone of Hebei Province from January to May 2017 were selected.Based on the theory of knowledge, belief and behavior,a self-designed questionnaire on health knowledge, belief and behavior of high-risk stroke patients was designed according to the health belief model. The questionnaire on health knowledge, belief and behavior of high-risk stroke patients was conducted, and the data were analyzed by SPSS21.0.Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used for the reliability of the questionnaire, the content validity was calculated by expert consultation, and the structure validity was analyzed by exploratory factor analysis.Descriptive statistical analysis was used to analyze the health knowledge, belief and behavior status of high-risk stroke population.Pearson single-factor correlation analysis was conducted among health behavior, knowledge and belief.Independent sample t test or variance analysis was conducted between health knowledge, belief and behavior and general data.Multivariate regression analysis was conducted with health knowledge as dependent variable and general data as independent variable to explore the brain.Influencing factors of health knowledge in high-risk population of stroke;Multivariate regression analysis was conducted with health belief as dependent variable and general data and health knowledge as independent variable to explore the influencing factors of health belief in high-risk population of stroke;Health behavior as dependent variable, single factor of general data, health knowledge, health belief and relevant variables as independent variable. To explore the influencing factors of health behavior in high-risk population of stroke through multiple linear regression analysis.Result:(1)The questionnaire of health knowledge, belief and behavior of stroke high-risk population has good reliability and validity: the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the total questionnaire is 0.902;the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the health knowledge questionnaire is 0.866;the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of each dimension is between 0.644 and 0.771;the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the health belief questionnaire is 0.883,and the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of each dimension is between 0.680 and 0.995;The Cronbach's alpha coefficient of health behavior questionnaire is 0.904,the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of each dimension is 0.634-0.916;the content validity index(S-CVI)of the total questionnaire is 0.97,(I-CVI)is between 0.8 and 1;the structural validity: the cumulative contribution rate of five factors of health knowledge questionnaire is 63.117%;six common factors are extracted from health belief questionnaire, the cumulative variance contribution rate is 81.116%;Six common factors were extracted from the questionnaire, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 75.016%.The factor load of each item in the KBE was > 0.40 and the similarity was > 0.3,which indicated that the questionnaire had good structural validity.(2)Current status of health knowledge, beliefs and behaviors in high-risk population of stroke: The total score of health knowledge in high-risk population of stroke was(41.13±9.45),with an average score of(1.18±0.27).The scores of each dimension from high to low were lifestyle(1.54±0.34),risk factors(1.25±0.29),medication knowledge(1.19±0.46),basic knowledge(1.00±0.32)and precursors(0.98±0.51).The average score of health belief was(85.80±9.80),and the average score was(3.73±0.43).The average scores of each dimension from high to low were health motivation(4.06±0.35),self-efficacy(3.93±0.48),perceived disease severity(3.71±1.08),perceived disease susceptibility(3.52±1.07),perceived impairment(3.29±0.72),perceived benefits(1.51±0.29).The scores of health behavior in high-risk population of stroke were(103.65±16.10),and the average score was(3.05±0.47).The average scores of each dimension from high to low were as follows: abstaining from bad habits(3.80±0.94),medical compliance(3.71±0.70),early warning behavior(3.36±0.74),avoiding harmful environmental behavior(2.98±0.88),basic health behavior(2.87±0.55)and health behavior(2.60±0.69).(3)Influencing factors of health knowledge, belief and behavior in high-risk population of stroke: Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level, medical insurance and TIA history were influencing factors of health knowledge in high-risk population of stroke.Income, marital status, occupation, age,TIA history, health knowledge and medical insurance were influencing factors of health belief in high-risk population of stroke.Gender, stroke history and health knowledge were influencing factors.Perception of disease severity, perceived benefits, perceived barriers and self-efficacy in health beliefs are the influencing factors of health behavior in stroke high-risk groups.Conclusion:(1)The questionnaire based on health belief model and knowledge, belief and behavior theory has good reliability and validity. It provides a reliable tool for assessing the health knowledge, beliefs and behaviors of the high-risk population of stroke.(2)The awareness rate of health knowledge is low, health belief is in the middle level, health behavior is in the lower middle level, and the whole needs to be improved.(3)Various factors affect the health knowledge, beliefs and behaviors of the high-risk population of stroke.Different strategies should be adopted for different influencing factors in the formulation of health education programs.
