Pick to in recent years,with the rapid development of economy in our country,the spending power of residents in our country is on the rise,health awareness is also growing,the medical service market scale expands unceasingly.At the same time,along with the national policy to encourage support,people’s consumption demand gradually increased,civilian battalion hospital has developed rapidly,but the number of health resources and the private hospitals have to provide medical service quantity is still in the market is far from being compared with public hospitals,private hospitals currently overall efficiency is not high.Domestic for civilian battalion hospital efficiency and influencing factors of the research is also less,this thesis choose study can obtain public data of the country’s civilian battalion hospital,for the samples of civilian battalion hospital efficiency and its influencing factors,explore the evaluation method of civilian battalion hospital efficiency,understanding,factors of civilian battalion hospital efficiency have a significant impact on social capital for the future construction and management,improve efficiency of private hospitals play a reference role.This study through to the listed companies and listed company for a wide range of selection,the part does not apply to this study,the sample of the resulting sample hospital 41,24 cities across the country 15 provinces,include general hospital,hospital obstetrics and gynecology,pediatric specialist hospital,psychiatric hospitals,anorectal specialist hospital,oncology specialist hospitals,orthopedic hospital,etc.,under the premise that ensure the sample real and effective,still have a certain comprehensive,can well represent our country civilian battalion hospital.This paper adopts the DEA method of data envelopment analysis.The efficiency of the hospital,with total assets,building area,beds and the number of employees as resources such as variables,to hospital revenue as output variables,analysis all the samples of civilian battalion hospital overall efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,etc.For these sample hospital according to the different level of cities in general hospital,hospital or what kind of specialized subject hospital,the hospital whether by public hospital restructuring,and so on and so forth evaluation analysis.Through the analysis,understand the hospital spending too much on what resources,or were lacking in operating income,master the hospital of the problem.On the analysis of the factors that influence efficiency of hospital,we use the TOBIT regression method to analyze the influence factors of hospital efficiency.To sample hospitals of DEA efficiency score as the dependent variable,the independent variables are chose the civilian battalion hospital beds than,what is the population of permanent residents of the city,urban per capita disposable income,type of hospital of specialized subject and whether the hospital restructuring and etc.These factors include the external factors that influence efficiency of civilian battalion hospital social and economic status of the competition environment,external factors and internal factors of hospital size and the internal factors of hospital property,etc.,can be multi-angle and comprehensive to reflect the influence factors of civilian battalion hospital efficiency,have certain innovation,but also conform to the principle of not the variables contained in DEA model.In private hospitals by using Tobit regression analysis efficiency at the same time,in order to further reflect the residents’ consumption ability level of high-end civilian battalion hospital efficiency and the effect of the sample of private maternity hospitals also analyzes some factors that affect the efficiency,point out the significant items in the indicators,and the results of these factors is significant one for detailed analysis.
