| Objective:To study the characteristics of aEEG in preterm infants with different postmenstrual ages, and try to discuss the effects of postnatal growth retatdation on aEEG activity in premature infants. Methods:From January 1,2016 to December 31,2016,the premature infants who had admitted to our NICU and without asphyxia were involved.①A total of 85 preterm infants who are 29 to 37 weeks postmenstrual age were involved to study the characteristics of aEEG in preterm infants with different postmenstrual ages. All the aEEG recordings were continuously monitoured for at least 4 hours with NecoletOne cerebral function monitor.Analysis the characteristics of aEEG in preterm infants through Burdjalov scoring system and length of interburst intervals.②A total of 64 preterm infants who are 29 to 33 weeks gestational age were involved to study the effects of postnatal growth retatdation on aEEG activity in premature infants. The growth of infants were evaluated at 33 weeks,34weeks and 35weeks of postmenstrual age, respectively according to growth curve.Located below the 10th percentile of the intrauterine growth curve for the EUGR group, and above for the control group. All the aEEG recordings were continuously monitoured for at least 4 hours.Analysis the influence of postnatal growth retatdation on early neurodevelopment in premature infant through Burdjalov scoring system and length of interburst intervals.Results:1.The maturity of aEEG was significantly correlated with postmenstrual age.The rate of continuous voltage and sleep-wake cycle were higher, lower bound voltage of narrow band was higher, bandwith was narrow and interval butsts was decrease in infants with the PM A grows(P<0.01).2.There were 33 cases of EUGR group and 31 cases of control group.①At same postmenstrual age,the control group has the higher continuity score, the sleep-wake cycling score, the higher border voltage, the narrow bandwith and shorter length of interburst intervals compared with EUGR group(all P<0.05)③EUGR(Standard coefficient β=-0.656)、correcting gestational age(Standard coefficient β=0.592),and ventilation(Standard coefficient β=-0.214)are the influencing factors of aEEG in premature infants(R2=0.579,P<0.05)Conclusion:①The maturity of aEEG in preterm depends on postmenstrual age②Postnatal growth retatdation has infect on infants’crebral cortical activity and can delay aEEG maturation in preterm infants③EUGR,gestational age and ventilation are the influencing factors of aEEG in premature infants. |
