| Objective:To investigate the incidence of anxiety symptoms and its influencing factors in pregnant women in early pregnancy,and to analyze its impact on the adverse pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women,and propose intervention measures to establish a good psychological state and reduce adverse birth outcomes,so as to provide a basis for the safety of mother and child and their physical and mental health.Methods:In the early stage of the study,a cross-sectional study design was used.From January to July 2018,at the 7 community health service centers in Shenyang,350pregnant women who had agreed to participate in the survey 16 weeks before pregnancy were included in the survey,using the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Pittsburgh.Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Pregnancy Stress Scale(PPS),Comprehension Social Support Scale(PSSS),Life Satisfaction Scale(SWLS),General Self-Efficacy Energy Scale(GSES),and Smart phone Addiction Disposition Scale Evaluate pregnant women’s anxiety symptoms,sleep quality,pregnancy stress,comprehension of social support,life satisfaction,general self-efficacy,and mobile addiction tendency,and track and record newborn birth outcomes later.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 21.0statistical software.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to investigate the influencing factors of anxiety symptoms in pregnant women during early pregnancy.The Kappa test was used to verify the collinearity of the model.The verification results showed that the variables in the model did not have collinearity.Theχ2 test was used for comparison between groups.When the theoretical frequency of the four-tableχ2 test was<5,the adjustedχ2test result was used.The difference was statistically significant at P<0.05.Binary logistic regression was used to screen the influencing factors of adverse pregnancy outcomes,ain=0.05,aout=0.10.Results:1.350 questionnaires were collected and 309 valid questionnaires were collected.The effective recovery rate was 88.29%.The average age of pregnant women in early pregnancy was 31.21±3.88 years old,and the average score of anxiety self-rating scale was 41.99±7.45 points,of which 50 people had anxiety symptoms,accounting for16.2%;Pittsburgh sleep quality index average score was 4.97±3.08 points.35%of pregnant women had poor sleep quality;the average score of comprehension social support scale was 71.52±11.33,and 14.2%of pregnant women were in the middle and low level of social support;the average pregnancy stress scale was 2.25±3.98,of which19.1%Pregnant women have moderate or severe stress.2.Pregnancy stress,sleep quality and anxiety symptoms were positively correlated in pregnant women(P<0.01).Comprehension of social support was negatively correlated with anxiety symptoms(P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of anxiety symptoms in pregnant women in early pregnancy were sleep quality(β=0.326),perceived social support(β=-0.235),pregnancy pressure(β=0.153)and exposed noise environment(β=0.101).3.A total of 331 cases of birth information were obtained.The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was 56,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes(premature delivery,low birth weight,macrosomia,birth defects,and fetal death)was 16.9%(56/331),with preterm infants accounting for 39.3%(22/56)and low birth weight children accounting for 28.6%(16/56),huge children accounted for 55.4%(31/56),birth defects accounted for 5.4%(3/56).4.Univariate analysis of factors affecting adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women showed that history of abortion,early pregnancy anxiety,life satisfaction,perceived social support,self-efficacy,sleep quality,and mobile addiction tendency were associated with the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the main risk factors affecting the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women were anxiety symptoms,cell phone addiction,sleep quality and life satisfaction.Conclusion:The influencing factors of anxiety symptoms in pregnant women in early pregnancy are sleep quality,comprehension of social support,pregnancy stress and exposure noise environment.The main risk factors affecting pregnant women with adverse pregnancy outcomes are anxiety symptoms,mobile phone addiction,sleep quality and life satisfaction.Anxiety symptoms as an important psychosocial stress is an important factor influencing adverse pregnancy outcomes in this study.It should improve the quality of sleep,reduce pregnancy stress,improve social support,and develop healthy behaviors to alleviate and alleviate pregnant women in early pregnancy.Anxiety symptoms reduce the incidence of adverse outcomes and improve the physical and mental health and quality of life of mothers and children. |
