| Objective:To investigate the relationship between small and dense low density lipoprotein cholesterol(sdLDL-C)level and coronary heart disease in patients with type2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A total of 237 patients diagnosed as type 2 diabetes in the endocrinology department and cardiovascular department of Shengjing hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were collected as research objects, including 151 patients with coronary heart disease,CHD),95 males and 56 females, aged 59±11 years, with a course of 10.17±7.96 years. There were 86 patients with simple type 2 diabetes mellitus,48 males and38 females, with an age of 60±12 yeaes and a course of 8.06±8.23years.The general data of patients, the levels of sdLDL-C,HbA1C,TG,TC,LDL-C and the angiographic results of patients with coronary heart disease were collected.the degree of coronary artery stenosis was scored according to the coronary angiography results.SPSS 22.0software was used to collate and analyze the data.the plasma levels of sdLDL,HbA1C,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,the correlation between sddl level and severity of coronary artery stenosis and other indicators were compared respectively between the two groups.the independent risk factors of coronary heart disease were analyzed by logistic regression.Result:1.The levels of plasma sdLDL-cC,HbA1C,TG,TC,LDL-C in the group of type 2diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those in the group of type 2 diabetes alone, and the level of HDL-C was lower than that in the group of type 2 diabetes alone, with statistically significant difference(p<0.05).2.2.sdLDL-C is an independent risk factor for type 2 diabetes patients complicated with coronary heart disease.2.Plasma sdLDL-C is positively correlated with HbA1c,TG,TC,LDL-C levels and negatively correlated with HDL-C levels.3.The plasma sdLDL-C level is positively correlated with the present lesion degree of coronary artery.4.Plasma sdLDL-C is positively correlated with HbA1c,TG,TC,LDL-C levels and negatively correlated with HDL-C levels. Conclusion:Plasma sdLDL-C,TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C levels are all related to the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, especially sdLDL-C is an independent risk factor for the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease. |
