Research On The Problems Of The Access To Family Doctor Signing Service

Family doctor contracting service has a very important mechanism for optimizing the universal health insurance mechanism,and is the key channel to promote the deepening of the reform of the health care system.Under the environment of "Healthy China",exploring and improving the contracted services of family doctors in our country,especially further improving the accessibility of contracted services of family doctors,is not only a response to the new demands for health of the domestic people,but also a way to enhance the quality and efficiency of medical and health services in our country.As one of the first pilot cities in Zhejiang Province,W City has an extremely important impact and demonstration role in the whole country.Through the analysis of the implementation effect of the contract service of family doctors in W City and the way to improve its accessibility,this paper provides a reference and replicable practical experience for other cities in China to further promote the contract service of family doctors,and provides a reference for the contract service of family doctors in China.Sustainable and healthy development is of great significance.Based on the current situation and existing problems of the accessibility to the family doctor signing services in W city,this paper scientifically selected two actors of family doctor signing services,the family doctors and the contracted residents in local community health centers,as the subjects of investigation.Through field investigation in Z community of W city,the main practices and implementation effects of contracted family doctor signing services in W city were analyzed.Achievements of the accessibility to family doctor signing service in W city are as follows: the scope of family doctor signing service is wider,the number of family doctor contract service is larger,the overall satisfaction of the contracted residents is higher,the function of "double sinking,two promotion" is reflected,and the convenience and orderliness of community residents' medical treatment are greatly improved.But at the same time,there are still many problems,such as the large gap in the quantity and quality of family doctors,the uneven distribution of high-quality medical resources,the low awareness of family doctors among community residents,and the urgent need to improve the quality management of family doctor signing services.In view of the above problems existing in the accessibility of family doctor's contract service in W city,this paper also puts forward corresponding ways and means to improve the accessibility of family doctor's contract service: centering on the establishment of a sound and optimized system,taking the construction of management system,rationalization of personnel distribution,top-down system guarantee as the leading factor,through efficient organization,management and supporting measures,to ensure that family doctor's contract service is good.Rapid development,as far as possible to achieve the matching of demand and supply of medical services,actively promote the fairness of the allocation of medical resources,accelerate the formation of relevant systems and policies,and constantly improve,so as to effectively enhance the accessibility of family doctor contracted services.Finally,family doctor signing service is still a relatively new thing for most residents.We need to start with improving demand attraction,family doctor service ability and publicity: expanding the content of family doctor signing service;innovating family doctor signing service mode;focusing on improving family doctor comprehensive service ability;conveying and interpreting family doctor signing service phase.We should encourage all kinds of lectures and publicity activities to further explore the practical significance and policy value of family doctor contracting services.
