A Study On The Awareness Rate And Signing Rate Of Family Doctors' Contracting Services Of A Community Health Service Center

ObjectiveBased on the experience of foreign advanced experience and the signing service of family doctors in typical cities in China,this paper takes the A community in Yuanhui District as a sample to investigate the achievements and effective experience of family doctors signing services,and to carry out community health.The service research work,with the extraction of sample data,experimental materials,questionnaires and other data,detailed analysis of the contract service of family doctors in A community in Luohe City,combined with the latest family doctor contract service system in Henan Province,proposed relevant solutions And countermeasures,to lay a research foundation for further improving the quality of community doctor services and consolidating the level of primary medical services.methodThis thesis takes the A community health service center and the residents in the jurisdiction of Yuanhui District of Luohe City as the research object.After researching relevant literature and field research,the questionnaire is self-made and the questionnaire is used to conduct a detailed questionnaire survey for the people in the A community.Analyze the awareness rate,signing rate and recommendations of the A community community on family doctors'signing services.The rate of awareness,contracting rate and recommendations were frequency and frequency.The chi-square test was used for comparison between groups.The multivariate logistic regression was used for the analysis of influencing factors.All tests were bilateral tests with a test level of 0.05.result1.Overall,the awareness rate of family doctors reached 71.36%,and the respondents were more aware of the“family doctor contract service medical plan”.The news media is the most common way to know.There was a statistically significant difference in the awareness rate of family doctors among different ages,education levels,occupations and insurance forms.P values were less than 0.001.There was no significant difference in the awareness rate among family doctors between different genders(?~2=0.137,P=0.711).2.Overall,the signing rate of family doctors was 30.17%,and the signing rate of the“family doctor signing service medical plan”was lower.Distrusting community health care and ignoring the situation is the main reason for not being willing to sign a family doctor.There was a statistically significant difference in the signing rates of family doctors among different age,gender,occupation and insurance forms.The P values were 0.013,<0.001,<0.001 and 0.002,respectively.There was no significant difference in the signing rate of family doctors between different educational levels(?~2=3.480,P=0.323).3.The low qualifications of doctors,imperfect medical equipment and incomplete drug types are the main problems of community health service institutions at present,accounting for 39.20%,34.15%and 14.85%of the total population respectively.4.Occupation,age and insurance form are independent factors influencing the family doctor's signing system.Compared with the medical-related occupational groups,the medically unrelated occupational population has a lower probability of knowledge(OR=0.610).The 25-and 45-year-old populations have a higher probability of the awareness rate,and the OR values are 1.384 and 1.809,respectively.The probability OR value of the awareness rate of 65-year-old population is 0.549.The OR values of the awareness rate of the new rural cooperative medical insurance,commercial medical insurance and self-funded people are 0.526,0.344 and 0.533,respectively,compared with urban workers'medical insurance.5 Gender,occupation and insurance forms are independent factors influencing the signing rate.The signing rate of women is 2.595 times that of men,and the signing rate of medical unrelated people is 0.714 times that of medical-related people.The signing rates of new rural cooperative medical insurance,commercial medical insurance and self-paying people are lower,which are 0.415,0.613 and 0.345 respectively for urban workers'medical insurance.Times.conclusions1.Overall,residents of Community A have a good understanding of the family doctor contracting system in China,and the awareness rate of family doctors is about70%.2.Overall,the signing rate of family doctors in the A community is low,and only about one-third of the residents have signed a family doctor.3.Age,gender,education level,occupation and medical insurance are the influencing factors of the family doctor's signing system awareness rate and signing rate.<25 or>65 years old,medical unrelated occupations,rural men are the key groups for future publicity work.
