Objective:To understand the influencing factors of dysmenorrhea by understanding the current epidemic situation of dysmenorrhea among female college students in Lanzhou City.On the basis of clarifying the influencing factors of dysmenorrhea, the intervention study of hypnosis combined with acupoint pressing was carried out among female college students with primary dysmenorrhea, and the intervention was carried out before and after the three menstrual cycles, hypnosis group, acupoint pressing group and combined group(hypnosis + acupoint pressing). The changes of various evaluation indicators of the three groups of students, evaluate the effect of pain intervention, explore convenient and economic non-drug mitigation measures, improve the quality of life and learning efficiency of female college students, and provide reference for the reproductive health care of female college students. To achieve the purpose of improving the pain management ability of female college students.Methods:1.Investigation and research: A randomized cluster sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey of 980 female college students from the six colleges and universities in Lanzhou who met the inclusion criteria. The survey included(see Appendix)including the general situation of the individual.,menstrual history, dysmenorrhea and its mitigation measures, gynecological history and other aspects.General situation: basic personal situation, eating habits, family situation.Menstrual history: age of menarche, duration of menstruation, cycle, related reproductive system diseases(with or without),or dysmenorrhea.Menstrual physiological sanitation: menstrual physical activity;eating cold and spicy food during menstruation;washing with cold water during menstruation;suffering from lower abdominal pain, bulging, and backache or other discomfort during the semester or menstrual period.Lifestyle: diet, sleep, personal hygiene, and physical exercise.Social psychological environment: classmate relationship;life events;learning pressure;emotional entanglement.Dysmenorrhea and treatment: The first time of dysmenorrhea is after menarche;the symptoms of pain;the time when pain usually occurs;the pain associated with symptoms;the degree of dysmenorrhea, the degree of influence on your life study or exercise;Related gynaecological examination;whether it has done B-ultrasound;the level of pain;the method of relieving dysmenorrhea;whether the method adopted can significantly reduce dysmenorrhea;the method used is from the channel.956 questionnaires were returned and948 valid questionnaires, the recovery rate was 97.55%,and the effective rate was 99.16%.The current status of dysmenorrhea and its influencing factors were understood.2.Intervention study: 36 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were selected according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.12 patients were divided into hypnosis group,12 patients in acupoint compression group and 12 patients in combination group. The hypnotic group used simple hypnosis intervention, and the acupoint pressing group only performed acupoint pressing as required. The combined group also applied hypnosis and acupoint pressing.A total of three menstrual cycles were observed. The visual analog scale(VAS)of each menstrual cycle was observed in the three groups. The degree of dysmenorrhea symptoms(CMSS),the frequency integral change, the TCM syndrome score score change, the symptom self-rating scale(SCL-90)before and after the intervention changes, and the intervention effect was evaluated.Results:1.A total of 980 female college students were surveyed,956 questionnaires were returned, and 948 valid questionnaires. The recovery rate was 97.55%,and the effective rate was 99.16%.The number of dysmenorrhea patients was 555,and the incidence rate was58.5%.Among the number of dysmenorrhea,148(26.7%)were mild dysmenorrhea,271(48.8%)were moderate, and 136(24.5%)were severe. In order to effectively control and consider the influence of confounding factors, after logistic regression analysis, statistically significant growth environment, spicy food, raw cold food, partial meat/sugar,partial acidophilus, and dressing habits were analyzed by single factor analysis. As a covariate of dysmenorrhea, dysmenorrhea as a dependent variable,a binary unconditional logistic regression model for the factors affecting dysmenorrhea in female college students, only the growth environment, partial meat/sugar,dressing habits, negative The Wald test value of the emotional variables reached significant, and the other three variables: the spicy food, the cold food, and the eclipse, the Wald test value coefficient did not reach 0.05 significant level,so the growth environment of female college students, partial meat/sugar,dressing The four variables of habit and negative emotion can be important predictors for predicting and explaining the dysmenorrhea of female college students.According to the absolute value of the standardized regression coefficient,it can be considered that the negative emotion has the greatest influence on the dysmenorrhea of female college students. The growth environment, dressing habits and partial eclipse meat have the second influence on the dysmenorrhea of female college students.Among them, the growth environment, partial meat/sugar,and emotional disposition are risk factors for dysmenorrhea of female college students.Dressinghabits are the protective factor for dysmenorrhea of female college students.2.In summary: Negative emotions have the greatest impact on female college students’ dysmenorrhea. The growth environment, dressing habits, and partial eclipse meat are the second to the female college students’ dysmenorrhea.According to the comprehensive investigation and research results,it is learned that negative emotions and emotional dislocation are important aspects of dysmenorrhea related factors in college students, and it is also an important content that dysmenorrhea intervention research needs to pay attention to.Therefore,it is proposed to apply hypnosis technique combined with acupressure to intervene. The pain problem of female college students with dysmenorrhea makes it possible for female college students to improve their ability to manage pain.In this study, the interventional part of the study used the Symptom Checklist(SCL-90)on depression factors to observe the effects of different interventions on students’ depression. The scores of the comparison before and after the intervention were compared, and the difference between the hypnotic group and the combined group was statistically significant(P<0.05,Table 23).The score after the intervention decreased, and the effect was obvious. However, there was no significant difference between the acupoint group before and after intervention(P>0.05),that is,the method of acupoint pressing had no significant effect on the relief of depression.Comparison between groups showed that there was a significant difference between the three groups(P<0.05),especially in the combined group and the acupoint group. In summary, the results showed that the effect of depression caused by dysmenorrhea after intervention: the combined group was better than the other two groups, the effect of the hypnotic group was second, and the difference between the acupoint group and the intervention group was not obvious. In this study, the anxiety factor was used in the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)to observe the effects of different interventions on students’ anxiety. The scores of the comparison between the hypnotic group and the combined group were statistically significant(P<0.05,Table 25),and the scores decreased significantly after the intervention, but the acupoint group had a pre-intervention and P>0.05 after the intervention. The meaning of learning, that is,the method of acupressure, has no major effect on the relief of students’ anxiety.Comparison between groups showed a significant difference between the three groups(P <0.05).In summary, the results showed the effect of anxiety caused by dysmenorrhea after intervention:the hypnotic group was superior to the other two groups, and the combined group had the second effect. The acupoint group had little difference before and after the intervention, and the effect was not obvious.Comparison of effects before and after VAS intervention: The VAS scores of the three groups before and during the intervention were not significant, andthere was no statistical significance, that is,there was no difference in effect. There was a statistically significant difference in the VAS scores between the second course of treatment and the third course of intervention(P<0.05).The difference became more and more obvious with the passage of time. The combined group had the best effect, followed by the hypnotic group and the acupoint group. There was no significant difference in the total score of CMSS episodes before intervention in the three groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.Repeated measures analysis of variance analysis showed that there was no significant difference in the total score of CMSS onset time between the three groups(P>0.05),but there was no statistical difference in time and interaction(P>0.05).effect.Comparison between the two groups:There was no significant difference between the three groups of CMSS episodes after the treatment of 1 menstrual cycle(P>0.05).After the treatment of 2 and 3 menstrual cycles, the time of CMSS episodes in the second course of treatment and the third course of intervention were compared,P<0.05.Comparison within the group: During the treatment period, the total scores of CMSS onset time were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The incidence of dysmenorrhea in female college students in Lanzhou is higher. The dysmenorrhea rate of female college students from rural areas is higher than that of female college students from urban areas.2.Negative emotion is an important aspect of college students’ dysmenorrhea related factors, and it is also an important content that dysmenorrhea intervention research needs attention.3.Hypnosis combined with acupoint pressing is effective in the intervention of female college students with primary dysmenorrhea.4.Hypnosis combined with acupoint press can significantly improve the clinical manifestations of female college students with primary dysmenorrhea,VAS score and dysmenorrhea symptom scores are reduced, students’ anxiety and depression factors are also reduced, and its curative effect is significantly better than hypnosis group and acupoint press group. |
