Clinical Study Of TongNaoWan In The Treatment Of Blood Stasis And Phlegm Type Of Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo

Objective Through observing the effect of TongNaoWan on patients with clinical phlegm and blood stasis type of Posterior circulation ischemia vertigo in TCM syndrome curative effect,curative effect,blood lipids,superoxide dismutase,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,in order to objectively evaluate the efficacy and safety of TongNaoWan and to provide evidence for clinical use of drugs.Method Cases were collected from Geriatrics Department of Gansu TCM Hospital inpatient patients From January 2018 to November 2018.76 patients be included in were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 38 cases in each group.On the foundation of the routine treatment of western medicine,control group were treated with NaoXinTong capsule,treatment group were treated with TongNaoWan,4 weeks as an observation cycle.After an observation cycle,observing the curative effect,TCM syndrome curative effect,comprehensive symptom score,TCM symptom scores,blood lipids,superoxide dismutase,hypersensitive C-reactive protein of two groups,and making statistical analysis.Result1.Comparison of curative effect between the two groups: The total effective rate was88.89% of the treatment group,and 78.38% in the control group.Through Rank sum test,P<0.05,therefore,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.Comparison of TCM syndrome curative effect between the two groups: The total effective rate was 91.67% in the treatment group and 81.08% in the control group.Through Rank sum test,P<0.05,therefore,the TCM symptoms curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.Comparison of TCM symptom scores and comprehensive symptom scores of two groups: After treatment,the scores of two groups were lower than those before(P< 0.05),but the improvement of the treatment group was obviously better than the control group(P <0.05).4.Comparison of lipids of two groups: After treatment,the TG,TC and LDL-C of twogroups were all decreased(P<0.05),HDL-C of two groups were all increased(P<0.05);But there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).5.Comparison of SOD of two groups: After treatment,the SOD of two groups were higher than before(P< 0 05),but the improvement of the treatment group was obviously better than the control group(P< 0 05).6.Comparison of hs-CRP of two groups: After treatment,the hs-CRP of two groups lower than before(P<0.05),but the improvement of the treatment group was obviously better than the control group(P< 0 05).Conclusion TongNaoWan can effectively improve the clinical effect,TCM clinical symptoms for the patients of phlegm and blood stasis type of Posterior circulation ischemia vertigoin.Lowering TG,TC,LDL-C,hs-CRP,and increasing HDL-C,SOD,regulating lipid,improve oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
