Objective: To observe the treatment with vertigo from phlegm and stasis of thetreatment of posterior circulation ischemia effect.Methods: The clinic and inpatient screening with circulation ischemia after50casesof inclusion criteria, were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine combinedwith western medicine treatment group and Western medicine control group,25cases ineach group, and observed for2weeks. To observe the general condition, two groups ofpatients with therapeutic effect, adverse reaction and so.Results: After2weeks of treatment, the two groups of patients with clinicalsymptoms were improved obviously. The treatment group in improving symptoms ofvertigo, phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, vertigo intensity, stop dizzy rate, improvecerebral blood flow, decrease the blood viscosity is better than the control group.
