Design Of Personal Health Management Method Based On Multidimensional Data Model

At present,the incidence of chronic diseases and sub-health is increasingly high in our country.Improper management of chronic diseases will lead to a great extent of deterioration and even death.The deterioration of chronic diseases leads to serious illness and death.In most rural areas of China,due to weak management awareness and slow medical treatment,the incidence rate is extremely high.According to the world health organization,60% of the major factors leading to chronic diseases are lifestyle.Therefore,the main starting point of chronic disease management is the management of individuals’ lifestyle.With the rapid development of network technology and smart mobile devices,personal health management system has gradually become a major way to guide people to live a good life and improve chronic diseases.In this paper,based on the main social characteristics of people with chronic diseases and the actual needs of personal health management of chronic diseases,a personal health management system based on multi-dimensional data model is proposed.In-depth analysis and mining of the value of health data for health management,so as to build a multi-dimensional model data warehouse according to the relevant national medical and health data standards,and create a data integration platform for intelligent health warning and disease risk assessment.This paper studies and designs a closed-loop personal health management method based on PDCA cycle management mode,and carries out detailed functional design from four aspects of health data collection and record,health assessment,health plan and tracking and execution.In this paper,text entry,image upload,bluetooth transmission and other health data acquisition technologies are adopted to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data acquisition and recording.According to the clinical diagnostic guidelines,the system designs and realizes the functions of single module health assessment and comprehensive health assessment,adopts the fuzzy evaluation model based on AHP,and realizes the comprehensive health assessment through the steps of designing comprehensive evaluation index,calculating weight and judging membership.The multi-dimensional data model was designed to expand the clinical attributes of data elements such as diseases,organs and departments,laying a foundation for the data model of multi-dimensional health assessment and dynamic configuration of health files,breaking the traditional single health assessment model and meeting the needs of user-defined health management.Then,according to the user’s specifichealth assessment results,combined with the system online doctor’s clinical diagnosis and treatment,to provide users with personalized health plan making function,health plan intervention and guidance from lifestyle,psychological factors,management methods and other aspects.So as to meet the needs of users for one-stop health management,especially for rural patients with chronic diseases to create a fully functional professional health management platform,to save health management costs.In this paper,the health data collection,processing and storage technology are studied,the HDFS data storage technology,such as HTML,CSS,JavaScript,Java software development technology,combined with jQuery,UEditor,DateRangePicker plug-in,text messages and E-mail such as interface,wireless bluetooth transmission interface,this system website and mobile application platform development.The relational database MySQL is used as the system database to design the snowflake data model.At last,the function and performance of this system are tested.
