Clinical Observation Of External Application Of Zhitong Ointment Combined With Opioids In Treating Cancer Pain

Objective:To observe the clinical scores of pain-relieving ointment combined with opioid analgesic drugs in the treatment of cancer pain by observing the changes of r-elated scores in patients with cancer pain,and provide clinical data support for the tr-eatment of cancer pain by external application of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The method used in this study was randomized control.Patients with de-finite diagnosis of cancer pain were selected,and 60 cases met the inclusion and exc-lusion criteria of this study.They were randomly divided into treatment group and co-ntrol group,with 30 cases in each group.Three steps in the process of treatment in strict accordance with the WHO pain treatment after titration to opioid analgesic drugs,the treatment group on the basis of this part with plaster external treatment,control group given a placebo external treatment,treatment time is 1 week,after the treatment,by comparing the related indicators,comprehensive evaluation of the clinical curative effect and security of the plasterResults:1.Before treatment,the two groups of patients were compared in terms of age,gender,and disease type.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the basic conditions of the two groups were comparable.2.Pain relief rate: 87% in the treatment group and 70% in the control group.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.218).3.NRS score and pain impact score: The comparison between the two groups of patients after treatment showed that the NRS score and pain impact score decreased af-ter treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups of patients Comparison between groups showed that the NRS score and pain impact score of the treatment group were more obvious,and the difference w-as statistically significant(P<0.05).4.KPS score: The KPS scores in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,the two groups were compared between groups,and the KPS score of the t-reatment group was improved.Higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).5.The use of opioids: The dose of opioids was compared between the two groups at 24 h after treatment.The visual comparison showed that the treatment group showed a downward trend,while the control group showed an upward trend.Although P<0.05,the two t values reflected the significance.Different,it shows that after the application of external painkiller cream,the amount of opioids used in patients can be si-gnificantly reduced,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Satisfaction: In terms of satisfaction with analgesic effect,the treatment group w-as 84%,and the control group was 54%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);satisfaction in comprehensive treatment In terms of treatment,the satisfaction of the treatment group was 80%,and the satisfaction of the control group was 50%.There was a sign-ificant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).7.In terms of safety,there were no abnormal changes in laboratory indicators such as vital signs,blood routine,liver and kidney function,and adverse reactions caused by opioids such as nausea,vomiting and constipation in systemic adverse reactions.After symptomatic treatment,the difference between the two groups was not statisticall-y significant.In the local adverse reactions,the allergic reactions mainly caused by d-ressings and tapes were improved after symptomatic treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Compared with the simple use of western medicine,the combination of zhitonggao and western medicine in the treatment of cancer pain has better clinic-al efficacy and is superior to the control group in terms of pain intensity and quality of life.2.In the treatment of cancer pain,tong tong paste combined with opioids can significantly improve the pain relief rate,reduce the use of opioids,and play an auxili ary role in analgesia.3.The clinical efficacy of zhitong-gao combined with opioids in t he treatment of cancer pain is clear,with no obvious toxic and side effects,so it can be widely used.
