| Objective:To compare the influence of immune surveillance in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma after precise hepatectomy combined with TACE and routine hepatectomy combined with TACE.Methods:41 patients with HCC who were admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into precision hepatectomy group(21 cases)and routine hepatectomy group(20 cases). The levels of CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,IL-10 and IFN-y in peripheral blood before and after TACE were compared between the two groups. Results:Seven days after operation,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,IL-10 and IFN-γ in the two groups decreased, but CD4+,CD4+/CD8+and IFN-γ in the precise hepatectomy group decreased less than those in the conventional hepatectomy group(P<0.05),and CD8+in the two groups increased slightly(P>0.05).Fourteen days after operation, and the levels of lymphocyte and immunocytokine were restored to the preoperative level.Seven days after TACE,the levels of CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+and IFN-γincreased,while the levels of IL-10 decreased, but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)Conclusion:Compared with routine hepatectomy, the immune function of patients recovered faster after precise hepatectomy.Postoperative TACE can promote immune surveillance. |
