Objectives:Through the line to the second affiliated hospital of kunming medical university HPV classification analysis of monitoring results of detection of women, understand HPV infection situation and the cervical lesion, age, and the multiple infection of HPV subtype distribution, further study on the relationship between HPV infection and cervical cancer development,of cervical cancer and cervical cancer vaccine in prevention, screening, treatment, epidemiological research is of great significance. Methods:Analyzed retrospectively from January 2015 to October 2018 to the second affiliated hospital of kunming medical university line of HPV screening for cervical cancer women classification results, understand HPV infections, and line of patients with cervical biopsy can be divided into chronic cervicitis,CIN I group, the CIN Ⅱ,CINⅢ group, cervical cancer, the analysis of the distribution characteristics of HPV gene subtype in each group and each group, the correlation between the cervical lesions with HPV infection situation, the relationship between the age.Results:1.Among 29,440 women who underwent HPV genotyping test,a total of 3278 were HPV positive, with a total infection rate of 11.13%.Among them,2920 were single HPV infection, accounting for 89.08%of the total number of HPV infections. In 2920 cases of single HPV infection, the number of high-risk HPV infection was 2460 cases, among which the number of cases of HPV gene subtype detected was the highest of HPV16,followed by HPV52,HPV58,HPV51,HPV18.The number of low-risk HPV infections was 460 cases, among which the most cases of HPV genetic subtypes were HPV11,43 and 6,and the detection rates of these three subtypes were similar. The screening results of this group showed that HPV infection was dominated by single infection and high-risk type, and the detection rate of HPV subtypes was the highest, followed by HPV16,52,58,51 and 18.2.According to the age,3278 patients with HPV infection were divided into 7 groups, and high-risk HPV infection was the main type regardless of age.In each age group, the number of HPV infections is highest in the age group of 20-29 years old,and the HPV infection rate decreases sharply in the age group of less than 20 years old and the age group of more than 50 years old, which may be related to the relatively less sexual behavior of women in these two age groups. The age group with the highest number of high-risk HPV infections and low-risk HPV infections is also the 20-29 year old group, which is the age of high incidence of HPV infection, which may be related to the relatively active sex life of women in this age group.3.Among the 631 patients with single HPV infection cervical lesions,580 cases were high-risk HPV,accounting for 91.92%,51 cases were low-risk HPV,accounting for 8.08%,and the vast majority of HPV infections in cervical lesions were high-risk infections.Among all cervical lesions, the number of HPV subtype infections was the highest among the top three, which were all types 16,58 and 52.Low-grade cervical lesions were mainly caused by low-risk HPV infection, while high-grade cervical lesions and cervical cancer were mainly caused by high-risk HPV,but statistically significant(P>0.05).Among the four subtypes of HPV 16,52,58 and 18,the total number of cases of HPV 16 infection was 365,among which the number of HPV 16 infection was the highest, and no matter in which cervical lesions, the detection rate of HPV16 was the highest, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing hpv 16/18/52/58 infection with other high-risk HPV infection,it was found that no matter in which cervical lesions,hpv16/18/52/58 infection was higher than other high-risk HPV infection, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Among the 814 patients who underwent cervical biopsy,631 patients had single infection,77.52%had single infection,183 patients had multiple infection,22.48%had multiple infection, and 72.13%(132/183)had double infection. The analysis of the results of HPV single infection, multiple infection and cervical lesions showed that the occurrence and development of cervical lesions and cervical cancer may have no relationship with HPV multiple infection.5.In all age groups, the incidence of low-grade lesions was higher. The average age of onset of chronic cervicitis-CINI group and cinⅱ-ⅲ group was about 40 years old, with no significant difference, but the average age of onset of cervical cancer group was about 45 years old.Conclusions:1 HPV infection is dominated by single infection and high-risk infection. In this study, the main HPV infection types were HPV16,52,58,51 and 18.2 HPV infection rate is closely related to women’s sexual life, and women aged 20-29 years are sexually active, which has the highest HPV infection rate.3 The distribution of HPV gene subtypes in cervical lesions has significant regional differences. In this study, the main types of HPV infection in cervical lesions were HPV16,58,52 and 18,but no matter in which cervical lesions, the most common type of infection was HPV 16.4 The occurrence and development of cervical cancer may be unrelated to multiple HPV infections.5 HPV infection and the occurrence and development of cervical cancer have obvious timing, and most of the low-grade lesions can regress naturally, early detection and early intervention is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.
