| Objective By comparing the changes of arthralgia score,range of motion and cure rate of patients with adhesive shoulder capsulitis after arthrolysis combined with ozone,the effect of arthrolysis combined with ozone on patients with adhesive capsulitis was analyzed.Methods Seventy patients with adhesive capsulitis were randomly divided into two groups:control group(joint adhesion lysis+corticosteroid hormone+sodium hyaluronate injection group)and observation group(combined with ozone injection group).The control group was treated with arthrolysis of shoulder joint under brachial plexus block and injected with corticosteroid hormone mixture and sodium hyaluronate injection in shoulder joint cavity.The observation group was treated with injection of pain point and ozone in shoulder joint cavity after arthrolysis of shoulder joint.After 5 minutes,corticosteroid hormone mixture and sodium hyaluronate injection was injected into shoulder joint cavity.After treatment,patients were instructed to perform functional rehabilitation exercises once a week,three times as a course of treatment.After the treatment,the range of motion of joints and pain scores were measured.Results There was no significant difference in general condition,range of motion and pain score before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the activity of shoulder joint and VAS score of the same group were significantly improved(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the improvement of activity between the two groups(P>0.05).The pain score(VAS)of the observation group decreased more significantly after treatment,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the recovery rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Both treatments can improve shoulder motion and pain score.Combined with oxygen therapy can improve the clinical recovery rate,reduce the pain score more significantly,and have better analgesic effect. |
