| Objective The situation of nosocomial deep fungal infection in 2011 and 2017 was compared to provide reference for diagnosis and treatment of deep fungal infection. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on the inpatient cases from February 2011 to May 2011 and the inpatient records from February 2017 to May 2017 in our hospital, and relevant information was collected for statistical comparative analysis. Results 1.The infection rate of deep fungus was 0.63%from February to may in 2011,but increased to 1.28%from February to may in 2017;2.In 2011 and 2017,targeted treatment was the main treatment for deep fungal infection, but the proportion of targeted treatment increased in 2017,and the diagnosis rate of deep fungal infection in our hospital increased;3.In 2011 and 2017,most of the antifungal treatments were single-drug combination, mainly fluconazole and voriconazole;4.Patients who took antifungal drugs in 2011 and 2017 had good prognosis, and the death rate of deep fungal infection in 2017 decreased compared with that in 2011;5.In 2011,patients over 60 years old accounted for 56.56%of deep fungal infections, which increased to 63.76%in 2017,and the proportion of deep fungal infections among 0-10 years old increased significantly from 0%to 3.29%in 2017;6.In 2011 and 2017,deep fungal infections were mainly concentrated in the department of respiratory medicine(36.69%and 37.44%),but in 2017,deep fungal infections were no longer concentrated in a few departments, but widely distributed in different departments;7.Respiratory tract and oral cavity were the most common sites of deep fungal infection in 2011 and 2017.However,the proportion of multiple sites infection increased significantly in 2017 compared with 2011;8.In 2011,30.94%of the samples of patients with deep fungus were positive, which decreased to 12.6%in 2017,but mixed infection increased significantly in 2017;9.Candida albicans is still the most common pathogenic bacteria species in 2011 and 2017,but in 2017,candida smooth increased in the proportion of pathogenic bacteria species;10.in 2011,the proportion of patients with deep fungal infection using antibiotics was 69.78%,and 58.77%in 2017,which was significantly lower than that in 2011.Conclusions 1.In 2017,the infection rate of deep fungi increased, but the mortality decreased;2.1n 2011 and 2017,deep fungal infections mainly occurred in elderly patients over 60 years old,but there was a significant increase in neonatal deep fungal infections in 2017,which deserves the attention of pediatricians;3.1n 2017,deep fungal infections were more systematic and complicated and the number of deep fungal infections caused by candida lucidum was on the rise;4.1n 2017,the proportion of antibiotic use in susceptible factors of deep fungal infection decreased and the special rectification of antibiotics achieved certain efficacy;5.In 2017,the incidence of deep fungal infection was higher than that in 2011,which may be related to the increase in patients over 80 years old and the increased attention paid by clinicians to the inpatients with deep fungal infection. |
