Study On Drug Supervision In Cangnan County

In recent years,the Party Central Committee and the People’s Government have attached great importance to drug safety,deployed several rounds of drug system reforms,and vigorously supported drug regulatory authorities in terms of policy support and staffing.However,at present,China’s drug safety incidents frequently occur,which has sounded a security alarm for us.Taking Cangnan County of Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper starts from the aspects of staffing,professional allocation,system reform,and social co-governance,and studies the challenges and problems faced by the drug regulatory authorities,and analyzes the United States,Japan,etc.The advanced experience of developed countries,combined with social governance and new public management theory,has proposed feasible,targeted and effective countermeasures for improving drug supervision in Cangnan County.The background of this paper is that after the 18 th National Congress,the government has carried out many reforms of drug regulatory agencies,and conducted a series of effective and useful explorations from the independent supervision to the all-in-one model.Cangnan County Market Supervision Administration was established in August 2015 to fully fulfill the drug supervision duties of Cangnan County.However,after the institutional reform,the newly established Cangnan County Market Supervision Administration also assumed anti-monopoly,intellectual property,food,Special functions,salt,medicines and other functions are facing increasing regulatory tasks.How to maximize the effectiveness of drug supervision is a real problem that must be faced.This article comprehensively and in-depth analysis of the status quo of drug supervision in Cangnan County,through literature research,investigation and research methods,comparative research methods and other methods to further clarify the functional relationship,explain the concept of drug regulation,and social governance,new public management theory,etc.Introduce the description and put forward a good countermeasure and ideas for the final solution.Through investigation and research,collecting materials,and in-depth interviews,the author comprehensively understands the current functions of Cangnan County Market Supervision Bureau,staffing and the status quo of the pharmaceutical industry,and analyzes the problems and challenges faced by Cangnan Drug Supervision.In addition,this paper also studies the advanced theories and experiences of the United States,Japan and other countries.Finally,it focuses on the optimization,specialization,informatization of drugs,and the establishment of a social co-governance model of “government-led,mass participation”.And countermeasures.
