ObjectiveTo observe the effects of dexmedetomidine on blood glucose and hemodynamics in the elderly patients with type2 diabetes under general anesthesia and colorectal cancer surgery,to explore if dexmede-tomidine can reduce degree of stress reaction.MethodsForty-eight elderly patients with type 2 diabetes undergoing colorectal cancer surgery were randomly divided into two groups:dexmedetomidine group?group A?,control group?group B?,24cases in each group.Group A received midazolam,cisatrac-urium besilate,sufentany,etomidate,ruifentany,diprivan and dexmedetomidine:Group B receiveed midazolam,cisatracurium,besilate,sufentany,etomidate,ruifentany,diprivan without dexmed-etomidine.The vital signs?BP,HR?were recorded.Blood samples were recorded before anesthesia?T0?and 30minutes?T1?,1hour?T2?,and 2hours?T3?after anesthesia,the following indicators were measured:blood glucose?Glu?,cortisol?Cor?.ResultAll indicators of patients before anesthesia were comparable,there were no significant differences;Hemodynamic changes:SBP and DBP of two groups were decreased signi-ficantly at T1,T2?P<0.05?,and the difference of SBP had a statistical significance?P<0.05?,at T1,group A>group B,at T2,group B>group A,compared with group A,SBP,DBP,HR of group B at T1,T2,T3,standard deviation all had increased to some extent.Compared with that of T0,Glu Cor concentration of T1,T2,T3,in two groups patients all increased significantly?P<0.05?.Two group patients were compared between two groups,the difference of Glu,Cor concentration had statistical significance at T1,T2,T3?P<0.05?,group B>group A.ConclusionsDexmedetomidine can reduce blood sugar and the degree of stress reaction in the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes under general anesthesia and colorectal cancer surgery.And it can obtain effective sedation stable hemodynamics in patients. |
