Research On The Development Strategy Of Internet Hospitals In China

China has a large population,but it shorts in medical resources,still the current medical resources have bot been appropriately distributed,while it is difficult to solve the problem by increasing medical resources in the short term.Although the medical reform has been implemented for many years,the problem has not been fundamentally solved yet.With the rapid development and popularization of mobile Internet technology,as well as the improvement of national health awareness and health attainment,mobile Internet technology collides with and integrates with the medical industry,it quickly penetrated into all aspects and fields of medical treatment,which showed a significant advantages in reducing medical costs and improving medical efficiency.Internet hospital is an emerging mode of medical treatment in this process.It plays an increasingly important role in optimizing resource allocation and realizing the deploying the of high-quality medical resources to basic level.It effectively alleviates problems like difficult to see a doctor,expensive medical treatment and “ Three long and one short situation(long time for registration,long waiting for treatment,long queue for medicine,short consultation for doctors),and it affects and changes the thinking and management mode of traditional medical industry to a certain extent.Internet hospital is the integration product of mobile Internet technology and medical services.It is an Internet medical platform which medical institutions use information technology to extend their medical resources and services from the inside of the hospital to the outside of the hospital(patient side),and break the time and space restrictions,promote the rational use of high-quality medical resources,and directly provide remote medical services to patients.The Internet Hospital is not just a simple online consultation.It involves all aspects and fields before,during,and after the clinic.It covers the core medical business including remote monitoring and surgical guidance.Internet Hospital has two forms: Internet Hospital whichtakes on the second title of an entity medical institutions and Internet Hospital independently set up by third-party institutions relying on entity medical institutions.This paper adopts theories and logical thinking mode in public management field,combines with and learns from advanced experience of foreign Internet Hospital to analyze the inevitability of the emergence and development of Internet Hospital in China,and explore the current situation and problems faced in its development.And uses knowledge and theory of public management to put forward reasonable and operable strategies,in order to provide reference for the government and health administration departments to formulate relevant supporting policies of Internet Hospital,improve management level,promote the construction and development of Internet Hospital in China,and let more people enjoy the convenience and benefits brought by the Internet hospital.
