Research On J Hospital Outpatient Service Process Reengineering From The Perspective Of "Internet+ Medical Health"

Under the background of Internet+medical integration,the integration of the medical industry with highly intensive knowledge,brain power and data and artificial intelligence will promote the development of personalized,mobile,information-based and intelligent medical treatment in the future.The combination of outpatient service and "Internet+" will transform the traditional outpatient service mode in public hospitals.As a large comprehensive public hospital in multi-hospital area,J Hospital keeps in mind its public mission and takes the construction of a smart hospital as its strategic goal.Facing the increasing outpatient volume in the five hospital areas,the original outpatient service process has caused the problems of "excessive,troublesome and difficult to see the doctor" and so on.As a result,the patients have poor feeling towards the original outpatient department,low satisfaction and high complaint rate after treatment.In order to improve the satisfaction,sense of gain and happiness of patients,and implement the construction of intelligent outpatient service,J Hospital reconstructs the original outpatient service process with the help of information technology,so as to realize the comprehensive intelligent and convenient outpatient service in the true sense.This paper mainly studies the design,process and application of outpatient service process reengineering in J Hospital.First with the examples of J hospital unit,this paper introduces the basic situation and J hospital outpatient service process,and then on the basis of the theory of business process reengineering for J hospital outpatient service process situation and existing problems were analyzed,and discussed the significance of J hospital outpatient service process reengineering,and illustrates the outpatient service process reengineering objectives,principles and process reengineering.Finally,this paper introduces the safeguard measures for the reconstruction of J Hospital and evaluates the effect of outpatient service process after the reconstruction of J Hospital.At present,the construction of Ningxia"Internet+medical and health" demonstration area is still in the construction stage.J Hospital’s practice of reengineering outpatient service process relying on the Internet hospital platform has a certain demonstration significance in the medical industry,which helps promote the rapid development of traditional public hospitals to smart hospitals.
