Study Of Accommodation Parameters In Adolescent Myopia And Analysis The Effect Of Vision Therapy For Myopia

Objective:Through to measure the vision、refractive diopter and accommodation parameters of the 6 to 14 years old children and give them reasonable vision therapy with accommoda ti-ve lag,to investigate the relationship between accommodation and myopia developmen-t;And analysis the controlling action of vision therapy in the development of juvenile my-opi a.Through the relationship,try to reduce the incidence of juvenile myopia,and controll the development of myopia and reduce the damage of visual function by effective measur-es.Methods:Collected from April 2016 to December 2016 in Mount taishan medical school affiliat-ed hospital of ophthalmology clinic teenagers 101 cases.Among them,with normal vision(0.8 or higher)group of 20 cases of juvenile,with low vision(<0.8)group of 81 cases of juv-enile;According to refractive diopter,with emmetropia group(R≤-0.50 DS or R≤+0.50 –DS)of 30 cases,myopia group of 71 cases,myopia group is divided into low myopia grou –p(-0.50DS<R≤-2.00DS)of 31 cases,moderate myopia group(-2.00DS<R≤-4.00DS)of 20 cases,20 cases of high myopia group(R>-4.00DS),low vision group including 35 cases of vision therapy and 46 cases of juvenile that cannot vision therapy.With compr-ehensive refractometer measure the accommodation parameters,including positive relative accommodation,negative relative accommodation,accommodation amplitude,facility of accommodation,binocular cross-cylinder.Training t-he 35 cases of accommodative lag,and after 3 months of vision therapy,it’s time to measu re the eye parameters(vision,refractive,positive relative accommodation,negative relative accommodation,accommod-ation amplitude,facility of accommodation,bino cularcross-cylinder);Finally,realated the data for statistical analysis.Results:1.The positive relative accommodation,the facility of accommodation and the accommodative amplitude in the nomal vision group and low vision group,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),the binocular cross-cylinder and negative relative accommodation has no signficant differences(P>0.05)between the two groups.2.The positive relative accommodation,the facility of accommodation and the acco-mmodative amplitude were significantly lower in the juvenile myopia group than the em-metropia group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant,but binocular cross-cylinder and negative relative accommodation with no significant differences(P> 0.05).3.Compared with vison therapy,the vision refractive diopter,positive relative accom-modation,negative relative accommodation,accommodation amplitude,facility of accom-modation after 3 mouths,which were statistically significant.4.The incidence of accommodation lag in the low vision group is higher than nomal vis-ion group,which were statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Accommodative parameters play an important role in the process of juvenile myopia development.2.The incidence of accommodation lag in the low vision group is higher than nomal vision group.3.The decline of positive relative accommodation,accommodation amplitude and facility of accommodation are the clinical characteristics of juvenile myopia.4.The vision therpy can save more accommodative reserve,thus relieve the deepens of myopia.
