Clinical Study On Ma Peizhi’s Effective Prescription In Treating Morbid Leucorrhea With Spleen Deficiency And Dampening Syndrome

OBJECTIVE:Using the software of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)inheritance Assistant system,the system analyzes the rule of drug use under the treatment of morbid leucorrhea of Ma peizhi,summarized its treatment principle,medication characteristics and prescription law,sum up the effective prescription for treating morbid leucorrhea with spleen deficiency and dampening syndrome and applied it in clinical treatment,observed its curative effect,and provided new ideas for the treatment of morbid leucorrhea in traditional Chinese medicine.Meanwhile,it inherits and innovates the academic thought of menghe medical school.METHODS:Fifty-seven morbid leucorrhea with spleen deficiency and dampening syndrome were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=29)and the control group(n=28).The control group was treated with ornidazole capsules.On the basis of the control group,The experimental group was given the effective prescription for treating treating morbid leucorrhea with spleen deficiency and dampening syndrome.One course of treatment was taken for 7 days after menstruation,and the patients were reexamined within 7 days after 3 consecutive courses of treatment,and follow-up was conducted at 1 month after the end of treatment.The TCM syndrome score,local signs of gynecological examination and vaginal secretion in laboratory were recorded before and after medication.The total effective rate and recurrence rate of the two groups of patients after treatment were observed.Result:1.Compared with before treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).The effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(p<0.01).2.Compared with before treatment,the local sign scores of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(p>0.05).3.Compared with before treatment,the laboratory scores of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01)..There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(p>0.05).4.The total effective of the control group and the experimental group was 82.14%and 96.55%.There was no statistical difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(p>0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.5.The recurrence rates of the control group and the experimental group were 10.71%and 3.44%.There was no statistical difference in the recurrence rates between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusion:Through statistical analysis,the effective prescription combined with ornidazole capsule in the treatment of BV patients with spleen deficiency and dampening syndrome has a significant clinical effect.The effective prescription can achieve the therapeutic effect by improving TCM syndromes,laboratory indicators and local signs.
