Objective:To Explore the current status of primary osteoporosis among local residents By investigating the basic information, living habits, past medical history, bone mineral density, bone metabolism indexes, and Uygur medicine temperament-related information of adults in Cele County,Xinjiang. The prevention and health care of primary osteoporosis in Cele County provide basis and guidance, and provide clues for the basic research of Uyghur medicine temperament theory. At the same time, conduct a demand study to understand the needs of local residents for osteoporosis health education and provide a reference for local primary osteoporosis health interventions.Methods:1.Postmenopausal women and middle-aged and old men in Cele County,Xinjiang are the research subjects, taking a face-to-face questionnaire survey, measuring and recording the general information of the research subjects(gender, age, height, weight, blood pressure, education level, eating habits, working nature)and relevant information such as previous medical history,Uyghur medicine temperament, health education needs information, etc.,and calculate body mass index(BMI),using quantitative ultrasound bone density measuring instrument(QUS,model:OSTEO KJ300)Perform bone mineral density measurement, and divide into normal bone mass group and abnormal bone mass group(including bone mass reduction and osteoporosis)according to the diagnostic criteria and analyze the prevalence.2.Detection of bone resorption indexes U-NTX1,U-CTX1,U-HOP,serum indexes BALP,BGP,1,25(OH)2D3,E2 by applying competitive inhibition ELISA method and chemiluminescence method;automatic analyzer determines U-NT Ga,U-Cr change level, difference analysis between groups.3.Logistic regression analysis method was used to analyze the risk factors of abnormal bone mass.4.Conduct a survey on osteoporosis health needs through a questionnaire survey to understand the needs of local residents for osteoporosis health education.Results:1.The total prevalence of primary osteoporosis in Cele County residents is 19.1%,the total prevalence of bone loss is 12.0%,of which the prevalence of male osteoporosis is 10.4%,the prevalence of bone loss 8.9%,the prevalence of osteoporosis in women was 23.4%,and the prevalence of bone loss was 14.2%.Analysed by age group, the prevalence of bone loss and osteoporosis in women increases with age.The decrease in bone mass in women and the prevalence of osteoporosis are significantly higher than those in men.The male temperament was hot and damp temperament in 49 cases, accounting for 12.8%,and the female temperament was dry and cold temperament in 90 cases, accounting for 23.6%.Multi-factor logistic regression analysis showed that the original temperament type, sleep state, work nature, dietary habits were related to abnormal bone mass, and the correlation was statistically significant(P<0.05);the risk of abnormal bone mass in women was higher than that in men(OR=2.145);taking dry and hot temperament as the baseline, the risk of abnormal bone mass of each original temperament is:temperament of damp and hot:OR=3.592,temperament of damp and cold:OR=3.764,temperament of dry and cold:OR=2.107;bone mass of insomnia The risk of abnormalities is higher than that of people who sleep normally(OR=2.424);the rate of abnormal bone mass of other workers is lower than that of mental workers(OR=0.269);the risk of abnormal bone mass in people who eat meat is higher People with a balanced diet(OR=2.240).2.Compared with the healthy control group, the bone mass decreased and the concentration of U-CTX1,U-HOP,HOP/Cr increased in patients with primary osteoporosis, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),blood BALP,The concentrations of BGP and 1,25(OH)2D3 all increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The overall awareness rate of osteoporosis in the study subject is 16.5%,and the number of people who have never heard of osteoporosis(319,83.5%)is significantly greater than that of understanding osteoporosis(47,12.3%)and very understanding(16,4.2%)Crowd.Among the risk factors for osteoporosis, awareness of genetic factors(16%)and menopause(24.7%)is high, and the rest are low.96.9%of people want to obtain a pair of doctors One education,of which 85.6%is very needed, generally 11.3%,followed by online WeChat links(95%),TV,radio(91.6%),books,brochures(86.4%)and special lectures(83%)The most expected knowledge of the research subjects is the prevention measures of osteoporosis(95.8%),and the rest is calcium supplement knowledge(91.6%).Conclusion:1.The prevalence of primary osteoporosis in the residents of Cele County,Xinjiang is 19.1%,the total prevalence of bone loss is 12.0%,and the prevalence of women is higher than that of men.2.Gender,original temperament, eating habits, sleep status, and nature of work are the risk factors for abnormal bone mass of residents in Cele County,Xinjiang, and intervention measures should be taken from this point.3.The bone resorption and thigh formation indexes of patients with primary osteoporosis syndrome in Cele County,Xinjiang are in a disordered state, including U-CTX1,U-Hop,U-Hop/Cr and serum BALP,BGP,1,25(OH)2D3 changes significantly.4.Residents of Cele County in Xinjiang have poor knowledge of osteoporosis and related risk factors, and there is a great demand for osteoporosis related knowledge.Among them, the demand for osteoporosis prevention is more significant.Community medical institutions and prevention institutions in Cele County should strengthen the health education of osteoporosis and increase the popularization rate of osteoporosis related knowledge.
