Clinical Study On Treatment Of The Stagnant Heat Of The Liver And Stomach In Non-erosive Reflux Disease With Liver-soothing And Stomach-harmonizing Decoction

1 ObjectiveUnderstand the clinical efficacy and the effect on life quality of the program through observing the effect of liver-soothing and stomach-harmonizing decoction on gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire(Gerd Q)integral,TCM syndrome integral and the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)scale of non-erosive reflux disease(NERD)patients before and after treatment.2 Method72 patients with NERD are randomly divided into treatment group(n = 36)and control group(n = 36).The patients in treatment group are treated with liver-soothing and stomach-harmonizing decoction,and those in control group are treated with rabeprazole enteric-coated tablets.The total course of treatment is 8 weeks.The changes of Gerd Q integral,SF-36 scale and safety index before and after treatment are observed.Then stop the medicine to follow up after 3 months to judge the curative effect of the liver-soothing and stomach-harmonizing decoction.3 Results3.1 Gerd Q integralAfter the combined treatment,the total score of the Gerd Q scale decreased compared with that before treatment(P <0.01 or P <0.05).The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly improved(P <0.01).The total effective cure rate of the treatment group was 94.1% The total effective rate in the previous item(76.5%)is high.In terms of single points,the treatment group had less effects on improving reflux,heartburn,sleep disorders,and reducing overdose.The rabeprazole group did not improve the upper abdominal pain,and the improvement had no significant effect on nausea(P > 0.05).The treatment group had a significant effect on nausea(P <0.01).3.2 TCM syndrome scoreAfter treatment,the total effective rates of TCM syndrome integral in thetreatment group and the control group were 94.1% and 73.5%,respectively,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P <0.05).There were significant differences in the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(P <0.01);the treatment group showed symptoms of acid reflux,belching,noisy,fullness of the chest,dry mouth,upset The improvement was better than the control group(P <0.05).3.3 SF-36 scale integrationAfter treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of the SF-36 scale between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P> 0.05).After comparison between the two groups,it was found that Shuganheweifang and rabeprazole were all No significant improvement in physiological function(P> 0.05).For the NERD patients,the physical function,physical pain,general health,social function,emotional function and mental health were better,Shugan and Weifang had better effects(P <0.01 or P <0.05).3.4 Comparison of recurrenceAfter follow-up treatment of the two groups of patients,it was found that a total of 10 patients in the control group relapsed,the recurrence rate was 29.4%;a total of 3patients in the treatment group relapsed,the recurrence rate was 8.8%,and the chi-square test,P = 0.031 <0.05,The treatment group has a low probability of recurrence.3.5 Safety of drug useThere were no adverse reactions during the treatment in the two groups,and there was no significant abnormality in the monitoring of safety indicators after treatment.There were no adverse events in the two groups after the end of treatment to the end of the follow-up.Therefore,the treatment group and the control group were considered safe during the study period.Sex is good.4 Conclusions(1)Liver-soothing and stomach-harmonizing decoction can significantly improve theclinical symptoms of patients with NERD.The overall score of the Gerd Q scale is better than that of the control group.It has definite effects on the symptoms of reflux,heartburn,nausea,and sleep disorders.It can significantly reduce the patients' additional medication,and The curative effect is better than the control group.Liver-soothing and stomach-harmonizing decoction could not improve the symptoms of upper abdominal pain in patients with NERD.(2)Liver-soothing and stomach-harmonizing decoction can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score of patients with stagnant heat of the liver and stomach type NERD,and can significantly improve the symptoms of acid reflux,belching,chest fullness,noisy,dry mouth,upset and irritability.The effect is better than the control group.(3)Both groups have significantly improved the quality of life of patients with NERD.The treatment group was more effective in improving patients' quality of life.(4)The recurrence rate of patients with NERD treated by Liver-soothing and stomach-harmonizing decoction is lower.(5)Liver-soothing and stomach-harmonizing decoction is worthy of clinical promotion for treating stagnant heat of the liver and stomach type NERD.
