| Objective:By observing the effects of Chai Guiliang Fu Prescription on the clinical symptoms,tolerance scale scores,TCM syndrome scores and esophageal ph monitoring scores in patients with liver-stomach discord and cold-heat complex non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease,to evaluate its treatment of non-erosion To improve the safety and effectiveness of gastroesophageal reflux disease,improve the diagnosis and treatment methods,and further promote the application.Methods:This study adopts the design principle of random and positive drug control.From December 2019 to November 2020,patients in the Special Needs Clinic,Splenogastric Inpatient Department and Outpatient Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine will receive RDQ first.A total of 88 cases were included in the scores of syndromes and TCM syndromes.According to the 1:1allocation standard,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 44 cases in each group.15 cases of esophageal ph monitoring were taken from each of the two groups.The treatment group took Chai Guiliang Fu Fang,and the control group took Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules.The course of treatment was 8weeks.To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of Chai Guiliang Fu Fang in the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease(hepatic and stomach discordance with cold and heat syndromes).Results:1.Comparison of RDQ scores: the total effective rate of the treatment group(88.64%)>the total effective rate of the control group(70.45%),the effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant.2.Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndromes: The total score of TCM syndromes of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate in the treatment group(84.09%)>the total effective rate in the control group(54.55%).The difference in the total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups after treatment showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving heartburn,belching,retrosternal pain,dry mouth and mouth pain,fatigue,anorexia,etc.(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.In terms of improving acid reflux,epigastric pain,and fullness,there was no statistically significant difference in efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Comparison of 24h-pH monitoring Demeester score: A total of 30 cases were observed,15 cases in each group,the Demeester scores of the two groups decreased compared with before treatment,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),The efficacy of the two groups is equivalent.Conclusion:Chai Guiliang Fu Fang can effectively treat liver-stomach discord,cold-heat mixed type non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease,relieve the patient’s clinical symptoms,improve acid reflux,and reduce the recurrence rate.It fully reflects the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal with traditional Chinese medicine.The characteristics and advantages of reflux disease are worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
