| With the development of the times and the deepening of the reform of medical and health services,the operation and development of public hospitals in China are faced with some contradictions and problems,such as internal and external needs of hospitals,short and long-term goals,etc.in order to solve these problems,public hospitals have used various means,measures and management tools to achieve the predetermined goal of hospital development.In this paper,M hospital is taken as a case study to analyze the strategic map of public hospitals based on strategic orientation,using balanced scorecard performance tools and budget management balance to solve various contradictions in the development of hospitals,and finally achieve the strategic goal. |
