Clinical Observation Of Cangqi Zhiqiu Decoction In Treating Children’s Allergic Rhinitis With Lung Deficiency’s Feeling Of Cold

Objective : To observe the clinical efficacy of Cangqi Zhiqiu Decoction in the treatment of children’s allergic rhinitis with syndrome of deficiency of lung and cold sensation.And provides a new way to treat children’s allergic rhinitis.Methods:The observation objects were 86 patients who met the diagnostic criteria and relevant inclusion requirements of children’s allergic rhinitis,according to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Children in the treatment group were given Cangqi Zhiqiu Decoction,children in the control group were given Loratadine tablets and recorded in detail including the general conditions(age,gender,past history,allergy history,etc.),observation indexes(sneezing,runny nose,nasal obstruction,nasal itching,etc.),minor symptom scores,etc.Adjust the dosage according to the age,and observe the therapeutic effect on the symptoms,nature and times of the attack after taking the medicine for two weeks.And according to the different data,through SPSS25.0statistical software,using different statistical methods before and after the treatment of the results of statistical comparison,analysis of the corresponding conclusions.Results :As 3 children in the control group and 1 child in the treatment group could failure to cooperate with treatment and interruption resulted in a total of 4 cases of abscission.42 cases in the treatment group and 40 cases in the control group.After two courses of medication observation,the effective rate was 92.86% in the treatment group and 77.5% in the control group and p<0.05,indicating that the difference was statistically significant,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.That is to say,the therapeutic effect of Cangqi Zhiqiu Decoction on allergic rhinitis in children is better than that of loratadine tablets.In terms of total scores,the total scores of the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were all less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,which showed that Cangqi Zhiqiu Decoction and loratadine tablets were effective in treating pediatric allergic rhinitis.In improving the symptoms,nature and frequency of onset of allergic rhinitis(P<0.05),Cangqi Zhiqiu Decoction has better effect than loratadine tablets.In terms of improvement of sneezing,nasal discharge,nasal congestion,nasal itching,etc.,the intra-group comparison is statistically significant(before and after treatment),indicating that both drugs have effects on improving symptoms.In comparison between groups,the treatment effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group,that is,the effect of Cangqi Zhiqiu Decoction is better.To sum up,Cangqi Zhiqiu Decoction is obviously better than loratadine tablets in improving the symptoms,nature and frequency of attacks in treating infantile allergic rhinitis with lung deficiency and cold syndrome.
