The Relationship Between Mental Factors And Sudden Deafness And Study On The Intervention Treatment Of Wuling Capsule For Sudden Deafness

1.purpose By using the hads anxiety and depression scale to compare the scores of healthy people and patients with sudden deafness,to explore the correlation between sudden deafness and mental factors,and to explore the therapeutic effect of Wuling Capsule on patients with sudden deafness.2.method100 patients meeting the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were collected as the experimental group,which was divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random control method,50 cases in each group,and 100 cases in the healthy control group.The scores of the patients in the control group and the experimental group were compared by using the hads anxiety and depression scale.In addition,the control group was treated with conventional medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Wuling Capsule on this basis.After 14 days of treatment,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed by the standards of hearing efficacy evaluation and tinnitus evaluation,and the tinnitus disability scale(THI)and hads scale scores before and after treatment were observed.3.results The rate of anxiety(depression)in the experimental group was 43%,which was much higher than that in the control group(12%)(P < 0.05).The treatment rate of tinnitus was 84.78% in the treatment group and 63.84% in the control group,and the thi score was significantly improved compared with the control group(P < 0.05).On the other hand,in the aspect of the bad mental state of anxiety and depression,the rate of turning negative(< 8 points)in the treatment group is much higher than that in the control group,reaching 78.26%,45% in the control group,and the improvement of hearing ability in the treatment group with bad mental state is also better than that in the control group,P < 0.05,which has a certain statistical significance.4.conclusion There is a close two-way relationship between sudden deafness and mental factors.People with mental and psychological problems may be susceptible groups of sudden deafness,and people with sudden deafness are more likely to have mental and psychological problems.Wuling capsule as a preparation of pure Chinese medicine,Wuling capsule as a preparation of pure Chinese medicine,has a very significant effect on the treatment of accompanying symptoms(tinnitus,anxiety,etc.)in patients with sudden deafness,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
