| Objective:Exploration of standardized treatment of sudden tinnitus and deafness with kidney deficiency and blood stasis patients with sudden tinnitus deafness through the kidney and blood stasis type of sudden tinnitus deafness patients for clinical trials research,contrast " kidney-tonifying,dredging ear orifices" acupuncture group and the traditional acupuncture group,the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients,outstanding teacher " kidney-tonifying,dredging ear orifices " acupuncture technique characteristics,we determine the therapy in the treatment of advantages,for " kidney-tonifying,dredging ear orifices " acupuncture method in the treatment of kidney and blood stasis type of sudden tinnitus deafness clinical curative effect of objective evaluation,provide objective basis for syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease,this optimization scheme provides reference value for clinical treatment.Methods:The included patients with sudden tinnitus and deafness caused by kidney deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into the "Kidney-tonifying,dredging ear orifices" acupuncture group and the traditional acupuncture group,with 30 cases in each group.The clinical symptoms,effective rate,evocative rate and tinnitus severity rating scale of the two groups before and after treatment were observed respectively,.and the scores and comparisons were made before and after treatment to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The research object of this study selected the clinical common tinnitus and deafness patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Acupuncture therapy was adopted to treat the patients with tinnitus and deafness.According to the effective theory of qi flow,the tutor’s "kidney-tonifying,dredging ear orifices" acupuncture therapy was applied,and the results could improve the symptoms and signs of tinnitus and deafness patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.The data in this group showed that MDA level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while SOD,GSH-PX and T-AOC levels were all higher than that in the control group,suggesting that " kidney-tonifying,dredging ear orifices " acupuncture therapy played an important role in regulating the balance of oxidation and anti-oxidation,which may help to reduce tinnitus caused by oxygen free radical damage.1.In the treatment group,there were 18 males and 12 females,a total of 36 ears;The average age was 47.33±12.44 years.The course of disease ranged from 1 to 30 days,with an average of 15.63±5.97 days.There were 24 cases of monauricular disease and 6 cases of binaural disease.19 cases with tinnitus of different degrees;There were 5 mild cases,10 moderate cases,11 moderate cases and 4 severe cases.The control group included 19 males and 11 females,with a total of 35 ears.The average age was 47.80±10.45 years.The course of disease ranged from 1 to 29 days,with an average of 15.43±5.69 days.There were 25 cases of monauricular disease and 5 cases of binaural disease.16 cases with tinnitus of different degrees;The severity of deafness was classified into 4 mild cases,10 moderate cases,12 moderate cases and 4 severe cases.There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.Comparison of efficacy:after the end of treatment,the comparative study of tinnitus efficacy showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(63.16%>37.5%),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the clinical efficacy of tinnitus treatment group was better than the control group;The comparative study on the efficacy of aural hearing found that:the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.67%>51.43%),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),with statistical significance.The clinical treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.Comparison of quality of life scores:compared within the group,the quality of life scores of the two patients after treatment showed significant improvement and significant difference(P<0.05);The comparison between groups showed that the clinical effect of the treatment group on improving the quality of life was significantly better than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05)and statistically significant.4.Comparison of scores of anxiety and depression:the scores of anxiety and depression in the treatment group were improved before and after treatment,and the therapeutic effect was significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical effect of the treatment group on improving anxiety and depression was better than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05),showing statistical significance.5.TSIS comparison of tinnitus severity scores:Compared within the group,tinnitus severity scores of the two groups were improved,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the improved tinnitus score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05)and statistically significant.6.Comparison of changes in serum SOD,MDA,GSH-PX and T-AOC levels:Compared with that before treatment,all the test indicators in the treatment group were improved and all had significant differences(P<0.01),while in the control group,only the levels of serum SOD,MDA and T-AOC were significantly improved compared with that before treatment,with significant differences(P<0.05).After the end of clinical treatment,the effect of the treatment group on improving serum test indicators was significantly better than that of the control group,and the test indicators of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.01),with statistical significance.Conclusion:1."Kidney-tonifying,dredging ear orifices " acupuncture therapy can reduce the severity of tinnitus,significantly improve anxiety and sleep,and has a certain effect of antioxidant free radical damage,with clinical efficacy superior to traditional acupuncture therapy.2.According to professor Sun Jianhua’s clinical experience in acupuncture treatment of this disease,it focuses on acupuncture at the ear gate,hearing palace and hearing hall to reach the ear orifice,and Yitang
