Objective:In this study,we observed the clinical efficacy of soil-assisted movement and middle massage in the treatment of infantile anorexia due to spleen and stomach qi deficiency, and compared it with conventional massage in children. The advantages of the optimized massage in the treatment of infantile anorexia were summarized and standardized and standardized for clinical development,A unified Tuina treatment plan provides new ideas, and provides an objective theoretical basis for Tuina therapy in the treatment of infantile anorexia. Methods:The study subjects selected 60 children from June 2019 to June 2020 who were diagnosed with anorexia due to spleen and stomach qi deficiency and presented to the Pediatric Tuina Clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, according to relevant standards(diagnosis, inclusion, and exclusion),Eligible children were randomly divided into massage treatment group and massage control group. The treatment group was treated with soil-assisted movement and middle massage, and the control group was treated with conventional pediatric massage.Treatment time: 20-25 minutes;treatment frequency: 1 time a day;5 times is a course of treatment, and the continuous treatment cycle is 4 courses.Use the primary symptom grading quantitative scoring table and secondary symptom grading quantitative scoring table to collect data, and evaluate the symptom curative effect according to the changes of the primary symptom score and the secondary symptom score;use Nemo according to the total score, which is the sum of the primary symptom score and the secondary symptom score Diping method calculates disease efficacy index and evaluates disease efficacy.Results:1.Completion of cases: A total of 60 children were included in this study: 30 cases in the massage treatment group,1 case fell off;30 cases in the massage control group,2cases fell off;a total of 57 cases were effective in the two groups.2.Baseline comparison results: There was no significant difference in the age, gender, course of disease and the scores of each symptom between the two groups before treatment after statistical analysis, indicating that the two groups are comparable.3.Overall curative effect: After 4 courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the Tuina treatment group was 93.1%,and the total effective rate of the Tuina control group was 85.7%,which was 7.4% higher than that of the control group. The effective rate of the two groups was P<0.05,indicating There are significant differences in the overall efficacy of the two groups after treatment.4.Symptom efficacy: After 4 courses of treatment, the two groups were compared within the group, and the symptom scores were significantly different from those before treatment, suggesting that both groups can improve the symptom scores of children with anorexia.Comparing the points of each symptom(appetite, appetite, complexion, spirit, stool, abdominal distension, body shape, sweating)between the two groups after treatment, the treatment group was able to improve the children’s loss of appetite, decreased appetite, poor complexion, fatigue, and loose stools,Abdominal distension is better than the control group(P<0.05).In the improvement of the symptoms of body weight loss and sweating, the two groups had similar effects(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The two groups of therapies have a certain effect on the treatment of spleen and stomach qi deficiency in children with anorexia.Compared with the conventional pediatric massage, the total effect of the soil cultivation and middle massage is more significant.2.The treatment of infantile anorexia with weakened spleen and stomach by soilassisted transportation and middle massage was significantly better than the control group in improving the scores of the main symptoms and the scores of some secondary symptoms.3.The method of cultivating soil and assisting transportation and Chinese massage is reasonable, with clear primary and secondary, coordinated distance and near, convenient acupoint selection, strong reproducibility, high cooperation with children, and easy operation.Compared with traditional methods,it has significant advantages in clinical effectiveness and practicability. So it can be vigorously promoted and popularized clinically.
