Clinical Observation On Treating Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis(Deficiency Of Spleen And Stomach Syndrome) With Huangqi Jian Zhong Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction on chronic non-atrophic gastritis(spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome),observe its clinical efficacy and patient symptoms,and analyze the test results statistically,so as to provide an effective treatment plan for the clinic,and Objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome).Methods: patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis(spleen-stomach deficiency-cold syndrome)from the Department of liver,spleen and stomach Diseases,first Clinical Hospital of Jilin Academy of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n = 36)and control group(n = 36).The treatment group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction(150ml each time,taken orally in the morning and evening meal)for 4 weeks.Control group: Lizhong Pill(8 pills at a time,taken orally 3times a day)for 4 weeks.The changes of TCM symptoms and gastroscopy were recorded before and after treatment.Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(spleen-stomach deficiency-cold syndrome).Results: Statistical analysis of changes in various indicators of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and summarized:(1)Comparison of the overall efficacy of TCM syndromes between the treatment group and the control group: Of the 36 patients in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 88.89%;The total effective rate was 72.22%.The curative effect distribution of the two groups of patients was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The difference in the total score of TCM symptoms after treatment between the two groups of patients was statistically significant(p <0.01).The total score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.This shows that the improvement effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.(2)Comparison of the main symptom scores after treatment between the treatment group and the control group: The difference in the main points of TCM after treatment between the two groups of patients was statistically significant(p <0.01).The TCM main points of the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group.group.This shows that the improvement effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.(3)Comparison of secondary symptom scores after treatment in the treatment group and the control group: After treatment,the symptoms of TCM in the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved compared with before treatment,and there were significant differences(P <0.05);The difference in TCM syndrome scores was statistically significant(p <0.05).The TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group.This shows that the improvement effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.(4)Comparison of gastroscopy after treatment between the treatment group and the control group: The difference in gastroscopy points between the two groups of patients after treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05).This shows that the improvement effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.(5)There were no obvious adverse reactions and adverse events in the treatment group and control group during the course of treatment.This shows that Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction has good efficacy and safety in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome)in the clinic.Conclusion:The experimental results show that Huangqi Jianzhong decoction can significantly improve and eliminate the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis(spleen-stomach deficiency-cold syndrome),which is obviously better than that of the control group.there are no adverse reactions and adverse events,showing good TCM characteristics,and it is a safe and effective clinical treatment for chronic non-atrophic gastritis.
