| Purpose:In this study,Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with conventional western medicine was used to treat the patients with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type duodenal ulcer accompanied by Helicobacter pylori infection.By evaluating the aspects of TCM syndrome efficacy,mucosal repair under endoscopy,HP eradication rate,changes of serum IL-6,GAS-17,PG-ⅰ and PG-ⅱ levels,etc.,the curative effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on the treatment of this disease was discussed,and its feasibility and safety was verified,so as to provide a more effective method for the treatment of this disease.Method:The data of 68 patients with duodenal ulcer with Helicobacter pylori infection were collected and grouped according to random number table method.In the control group,1 patient changed other drugs by himself,1 patient did not return to the clinic,and 1 patient had allergic reaction and terminated the experiment.In the observation group,1 case did not take medicine according to the course of treatment,2 cases did not return to the clinic,and 1 case stopped taking medicine due to palpitation and other manifestations.In fact,61 cases were included in the study.After 2 weeks of treatment with the quadruple regimen,the control group continued to take rabeprazole orally for 2 weeks;The observation group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction plus or minus combined with Western medicine,and continued to take the decoction for 4weeks according to the patients’ conditions.During treatment,the patients were advised to avoid tobacco and alcohol,eat a light diet regularly,and clinical symptoms,signs and TCM syndrome scores of each patient before and after treatment were recorded.1 month after withdrawal,gastroscopy and 14 C breath test were reviewed,as well as routine blood,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram,etc.,to ensure safety.SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data,and general medical records,TCM syndrome scores,syndrome efficacy,endoscopy efficacy,Hp eradication,serum IL-6,GAS-17,PG-ⅰ and PG-ⅱ levels and safety indexes were integrated.By comparing the two groups of data,the effectiveness,feasibility and safety of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in clinical treatment were verified.Result:1.Curative effect of TCM syndrome: the total effective rate of the treatment observation group was 96.67%;The total effective rate of the control group was83.87%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).It shows that the observation group is better than the control group in improving TCM syndromes.2.Integral effect of TCM syndrome: the observation group averaged 14.27±3.11 before treatment and 3.67±3.74 after treatment,while the control group14.52±3.10 before treatment and 5.94±4.47 after treatment.The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups before treatment were compared within the group(P >0.05),indicating that there was no statistical difference between the two groups,which could be compared.The scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared within the group,and the P value was less than 0.05,indicating that the treatment schemes of the two groups were effective in improving the syndrome scores of duodenal ulcer.The scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups after treatment were compared(P < 0.05),and the results showed that the observation group was better than the control group in the improvement of TCM syndromes.3.Gastroscopic efficacy: The patients in both groups were reexamined by gastroscopy after treatment,and all patients in the observation group were found to recover the ulcer wound under the endoscope,with a total effective rate of100%,while the total effective rate in the control group was 83.87%.Statistical verification results of staging under the microscope showed that P < 0.05,which proved that the observation group had better efficacy in repairing mucosa.4.HP eradication rate: 29 cases in the observation group turned negative after treatment,and the eradication rate was 96.67%.In control group,24 cases of Hp turned negative after treatment,and the eradication rate was 77.42%.The difference of Hp eradication rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction played an important role in the process of Hp eradication.5.Changes of GAS-17,PG-ⅰ and PG-ⅱ:The levels of GAS-17,PG-ⅰ and PG-ⅱ in the two groups were analyzed before and after treatment,and the results suggested that the levels of the three in the two groups were decreased after treatment,but the decreasing trend in the observation group was better than that in the control group.6.Changes in IL-6: There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment,and compared the levels after treatment,P < 0.05 was obtained,indicating that the difference was statistically significant,suggesting that the observation group had better effect on improving inflammatory factors than the control group.Conclusions:Through clinical observation,the combination of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and Western medicine can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients with duodenal ulcer,improve the eradication rate of Hp,promote the healing of ulcer wound,and has high safety,thus confirming that the effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction in the treatment of duodenal ulcer of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type with Helicobacter pylori infection is better than that of Western medicine alone. |
