Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Tinnitus Of Syndrome Of Stagnation Of Liver Qi With Acupuncture Combined With Angle Tune Music Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: The purpose of this study is to verify that the music can effectively reduce the degree of tinnitus of liver qi stagnation syndrome and the accompanying psychological obstacles,and to provide a powerful scientific demonstration and a wider clinical application for the treatment of tinnitus with five tone therapy.Methods: From November 2018 to October 2019,72 patients with primary tinnitus and liver qi stagnation syndrome were selected and diagnosed in otolaryngology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups: angle tune Chinese classical music +acupuncture treatment(treatment group)and acupuncture treatment(control group).Each time,the needles were kept for 30 minutes for two weeks as a treatment.The data of 72 patients before and after the experiment were recorded into the database.SPSS 21.0software was used for statistical analysis.Results:There were no accidents,dropouts or rejections during the treatment of 72 patients.According to the comprehensive analysis of the data,the results of thi scale and tinnitus severity questionnaire in the two groups before and after the treatment were statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the tinnitus degree and accompanying symptoms in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before the treatment;After treatment,the comparison of thi scale and tinnitus severity between the two groups showed that P > 0.05,It can not be proved that the improvement of tinnitus degree in the treatment group is better than that in the control group;after the course of treatment,the return: the number of clinical recovery in the treatment group is 2 cases,the number of effective cases is 24 cases,the number of effective cases is 6 cases,the number of invalid cases is 4 cases,the number of clinical recovery in the control group is 1 case,the number of effective cases is 10 cases,the number of effective cases is 18 cases,the number of invalid cases is 7 cases,the total effective rate in the treatment group is 88.89%,the total effective rate in the control group is 88.89% The efficiency was 80.56%.It was found thatthe therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: To sum up,for improving the clinical symptoms of tinnitus patients with liver qi stagnation syndrome,we can use traditional Chinese medicine angular music combined with acupuncture treatment,the effect is more obvious than the single acupuncture treatment,and it is a very pleasant and low-cost treatment method,the patient acceptance is high,it is worth promoting in clinical.
