The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Kideny Deficiency Type Hypomenorrhea By Bushendihuang Modified Decoction

Objective: This topic is mainly to discuss the clinical curative effect of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,by observing the Bushendihuang modified decoction with nvjin tablets on treatment with hypomenorrhea(kidney deficiency),a total of 72 cases of clinical curative effect,statistical analysis of the two groups before and after treatment in patients with primary and secondary symptoms integral,comparing the pros and cons of two kinds of treatment,further verify the validity of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease,security,provide new options for clinical treatment.Methods: Choose between December 2018 and December 2019,Changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital outpatient service of department of gynaecology and clinical diagnosis in hypomenorrhea(kidney deficiency)of 72 patients as the research object of this topic,follow the principle of parallel comparison,randomized,will average 72 cases patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(36cases,when give Bushendihuang modified decoction treatment;In the control group,36 patients were treated with Nvjin tablets,all of whom started to take medicine after menstruation.The treatment lasted 21 days for one course of treatment,and the clinical efficacy was observed after 3 courses of treatment.In the clinical observation process of this study,2 cases in the treatment group fell off because of working outside after 1 menstrual cycle,2 cases in the control group did not return to the clinic after 1 menstrual cycle,and 1case was excluded because of taking other drugs.Therefore,a total of 34 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group were counted.According to the primary and secondary symptom score criteria,the patients were scored before and after treatment,and the obtained data were statistically analyzed with SPSS22.0,and the difference in the efficacy of the two treatment regimens was analyzed according to the results.Results: After 3 courses of treatment,6(17.65%)of the 34 patients in the treatment group were cured.Obviously effective 16 cases,accounting for 47.06%;Effective 7 cases(20.59%);5 cases were invalid,accounting for 14.71%;The total effective rate was 85.29%.There were 33 cases in the control group(Nvjin tablets),and 3 cases were cured,accounting for 9.09%.Eight patients(24.24%)showed significant effects.Effective 16 cases(48.48%);6 cases were invalid,accounting for 18.18%;The total effective rate was 81.82%.Both of the two schemes had obvious effects on the treatment of hypomenorrhea(kidney deficiency),but the difference in efficacy between the two groups was significant(p < 0.05),indicating that for the treatment of hypomenorrhea(kidney deficiency),the Bushendihuang modified decoction was better than that of Nvjin tablets.Conclusion: Through statistical analysis of the results of clinical curative effect observation found that oral Bushendihuang modified decoction on the treatment of hypomenorrhea(kidney deficiency)has obvious curative effect,and all patients with no obvious adverse reaction occurred,this method reliable curative effect,high safety,for clinical treatment of this disease and provides a new way of thinking,deserves further research and application.
