| Objective: 1.Through the investigation of the status quo of retention intention and work well-being of undergraduate nurses in the third grade a hospital of Changchun City,to evaluate their retention intention and work well-being level.2.To investigate and analyze the influence of different demographic variables on the retention intention and job well-being of undergraduate nurses in Changchun top three hospital,and to compare the influence of different data on the retention intention and subjective well-being of undergraduate nurses in Changchun top three hospital,so as to stabilize the nursing team,reduce the turnover of nurses,alleviate the shortage of human resources of nurses,and improve the nursing The level of job well-being provides reference.Methods:This study is a non experimental study,using the questionnaire survey method,the work well-being scale and the nurse retention intention questionnaire as the tool,adopting the stratified random sampling method,to investigate the undergraduate nurses in 3-5 top three hospitals in Changchun City by anonymous way.The data were collected and entered into excel table,then the database was established.Spss19.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Frequency,percentage,mean value,standard deviation,chi square test,t-test and multiple linear regression analysis were used.Finally,P < 0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant.Results:1.Current situation of retention intention: the total score of retention intention of undergraduate nurses in the third grade a hospital in Changchun is(19.34 ± 4.07),the lowest score is 8,the highest score is 29,which belongs to the middle level.Among the influencing factors,the age,marriage status,children’s status,college entrance examination application,working years,employment purpose,number of night shifts per month and the nature of employment all had a significant impact on the nurses’ intention to stay(P < 0.05),while the gender,whether they were the only child,the Department,the title and the job position all had no effect on the nurses’ intention to stay(P < 0.05)There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.Current situation of job well-being: the total score of job well-being of undergraduate nurses in the third grade a hospital in Changchun is(132.62 ± 16.80),the lowest score is 40,and the highest score is 189,which belongs to theupper middle level.Among the influencing factors,different gender,age,marital status,children’s situation,college entrance examination volunteer,professional title,working years,job selection purpose,work post,number of night shift,nature of employment and monthly income all had an impact on the job well-being of nurses,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);whether the only child and the Department had no impact on the job well-being of nurses The difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).3.The relationship between nurses’ willingness to stay at work and work well-being: in work well-being,there was a positive correlation between work value,development prospect score and welfare treatment and nurses’ willingness to stay at work,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Undergraduate nurses’ intention to stay in the third grade a hospital in Changchun area is at a general level,and they have a high sense of work happiness.There is a correlation between the intention to stay and work happiness.The factors that can predict the intention to stay and work happiness include: age,marital status,children’s situation,high test volunteer,working years,job selection purpose,work position,number of night shifts,nature of employment and month In terms of income,managers can take different management and intervention measures for nurses in different situations,carry out targeted intervention and management,create a good working atmosphere and working environment,consider the family factors of nurses,appropriately adjust the number of night shifts,and reasonably allocate various work,so as to improve the work happiness of nurses and improve their willingness to stay. |
