Modern doctors to become “high-riskoccupation,†the doctor increased the prevalence of negative emotional andpsychological phenomenon of insecurity, negative emotions directly affect thedoctor’s job happiness, happiness is the doctors’ job physician recognition and meettheir own work, the work to be understood and recognition. For doctors, working tomeet the happiness is to enjoy the work of spiritual and material brought on.Concerned about the well-being of doctors, not only to understand and improve thequality of life of doctors, but also directly affect the doctor’s motivation and jobperformance, is one aspect of hospital managers must pay attention to.At the sametime, as further discussed the possibility of happiness work management tools andindicators from the perspective of active management, human resources managementto broaden the hospital ideas. ease the contradiction between doctors and patients,improve doctors’ enthusiasm for work, has a very important practical significance.This study used questionnaires to collect valid data empirical research methods,first of all, the use of statistical software SPSS20.0correlation analysis, regressionanalysis of the work of well-being for doctors, hospitals and safety culture, therelations between doctors work performance empirical verification, and ModeratingEffect of safety culture inspection. Secondly, the study doctors work happiness,hospital safety culture factor analysis, and these factors do with job performanceregression analysis, the relationship between these factors and job performance. Again,the demographic characteristics of the study doctors variance analysis to explore therelationship between physician characteristics and work well-being, safety culture, jobperformance. Finally, this study comparative analysis the differences on happiness of township hospital and non-township hospitals, safety cultural differences and workperformance differences.The results showed that:(1) Doctors’ happiness significant positive correlation with the doctor jobperformance; Doctors work happiness positively correlated with hospital safetyculture; Hospital doctors work performance safety culture and a significant positivecorrelation.(2) The level of safety culture in hospitals significant positive impact on thedoctor to adjust the level of well-being work on job performance.(3) Active communication, positive emotions, negative emotions, job satisfactionsignificantly affect physician job performance.(4) Safety Resources, psychological safety and doctors work performancesignificantly and positively correlated.(5) The doctors’ job is not happiness gender, age, department, region of influence,it is not as education, job title, work experience, income, job improvement andincrease as; doctors work performance level from gender, age impact of education,job title, work experience, department, position, area; safety culture assessment ofdoctors with education, job title, work experience, income, departments, changingpositions varies.(6) Non-rural township hospitals and doctors’ happiness levels and job performancedid not differ; There were significant differences on the safety culture awareness. |
