Objective: This topic retrospectively analyzes the general incidence of M.pneumoniae pneumonia in children and Chinese and Western medical drugs among the inpatients of the Children’s Diagnosis and Treatment Center of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2016.It is the incidence, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and Medical treatment provides evidence-based evidence to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment, reduce antibiotic abuse, shorten hospital stay, and improve the cure rate. Methods: Using retrospective research methods, taking children from mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to December 2016 as the research object, the relevant data of clinical cases were truly recorded, and the general condition of the children ’s morbidity was analyzed The diagnosis and treatment plan of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, understand and count the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in our hospital. Results: A total of 498 cases were included in this study, with a male to female ratio of 1.09: 1 and age tending to infancy(34.34%).The onset season is mostly in autumn(39.36%).The clinical symptoms were mainly fever(87.15%),cough(99.19%),and shortness of breath(14.66%).The heat potential is mostly high(63.59%).The syndrome of TCM is mainly based on wind-heat closed lung syndrome(86.75%).The auxiliary examination found that the majority of children with mixed bacterial infections(37.75%).Chest radiograph lesions were mainly characterized by enhanced lung texture(59.77%),scattered patchy shadows(22.93%),and CT lesions of the lungs were patchy ground glass shadows(33.75%)and large dense shadows(33.75)%),With small patch density(20.00%).The lung lesions were mainly lesions of the right and left lower lobe(38.62%,30.84%).In terms of treatment, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is the main treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment includes traditional Chinese medicine injection(100%),traditional Chinese medicine decoction oral(93.57%),traditional Chinese medicine oral(66.27%),traditional Chinese medicine external treatment(58.83%).The most popular Chinese medicine injection is Reduning(46.18%),followed by Xiyanping(38.56%)and Yanhuning(15.26%).Western medicine treatment is mainly based on macrolides(94.38%),azithromycin intravenous injection is the first choice(86.33%),and the treatment time is 5 days as 1 course(76.52%).Macrolides combined with amoxicillin sodium clavulanate potassium(41.33%),followed by cephalosporins(40.62%).Mycoplasma pneumonia comorbidities are mainly myocardial damage(45.40%).Adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine 1.20%;Adverse reactions of western medicine accounted for 6.22%.The cure rate was 87.95%,the improvement rate was 11.65%,and the unhealed rate was 0.40%.Conclusion: 1.Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children tends to be young. The clinical manifestations were mainly fever, cough and wheezing. The time of fever and cough before consultation was related to the length of hospital stay. The main pathogens are Mycoplasma pneumoniae and bacterial infection.Lesions are more common in the lower lobe of the right lung and the lower lobe of the left lung.Early chest radiographs are mainly enhanced in texture, and lung CT should be performed in time to avoid delay in diagnosis and treatment.2.Most of the children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in our hospital are treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in accordance with the guidelines for the management of community-acquired pneumonia in children, expert consensus on mycoplasma pneumoniae, and the routine requirements of our hospital.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment is mainly based on traditional Chinese medicine injections and oral decoction.Western medicine is mainly treated with macrolides, and the treatment time is 5 days as a course of treatment, mostly combined with penicillin antibiotics. The more ill the child is,the longer the hospital stay and the higher the level of antibiotics used.
