| Objective:In this study,we observed the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Guipi Decoction in treating insomnia associated with malignant tumors with heart and spleen deficiency and changes in thyroid function and carcinoembryonic antigenMethod:90 patients who were admitted to the Oncology Department of Yangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,45 cases each.The treatment group took Jiawei Guipi Decoction,and the control group took estazolam tablets orally.Both groups were combined with hospitalization for routine treatment.Observation time was 14 days.We collect The PSQI score,SAS anxiety self score and TCM symptom score were recorded before treatment,on the 7th and 14th day of treatment.Thyroid function and carcinoembryonic antigen were examined before and after treatment.Finally,the conclusion was drawn by statistical analysisResult:(1)There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients in terms of gender,age,marital status,occupational status,educational background,tumor type,tumor stage,KPS score(P>0.05)(2)There was no significant difference in the scores and total PSQI scores before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),there were differences in the PSQI scores on the 7th and 14th days after treatment(P<0.05);the scores and total PSQI before and after treatment in the treatment group There was a difference in points(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in anxiety state between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The anxiety state of the treatment group improved significantly on the 7th and 14th day of treatment(P<0.05),and the 7th day of the control group treatment There was no significant change in the anxiety state on the 14th day(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the anxiety state on the 7th day of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in the anxiety state on the 14th day of treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in the scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes on the 7th and 14th treatment groups was better than that of the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).The efficacy of insomnia,palpitations and multiple dreams in single item TCM syndromes was better on day 14 than day 7,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)There was no significant difference in thyroid function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in T3 and TSH between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,T3 and TSH in the treatment group were higher than before and had statistical significance(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in CEA between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).(5)The total effective rate on the 7th day of treatment in the two groups was 51.16%and 42.22%respectively,and the total effective rate on the 14th day was 69.05%and 51.11%respectively;The incidence of adverse reactions were:4.44%,31.11%;there was no significant difference in the treatment effect of insomnia on the 7th and 14th days between the two groups(P>0.05),There are significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Jiawei Guipi Decoction can improve the sleep quality of patients with malignant tumor associated with heart and spleen deficiency,and can significantly improve the anxiety state of patients.(2)Jiawei Guipi Decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of deficiency of heart and spleen,especially for insomnia,palpitations and dreams.(3)Jiawei Guipi Decoction can increase the T3 and TSH of patients,and has no obvious effect on CEA.(4)Jiawei Guipi Tang and estazolam are equivalent in the treatment of insomnia associated with malignant tumors of heart and spleen deficiency,The incidence of adverse reactions is significantly lower than estazolam. |
