Study On The Quality Of Three Traditional Chinese Medicines And Pharmacodynamics Of Venlafaxine Hydrochloride

Through the accumulation of 5,000 years of traditional culture of the Chinese nation,traditional Chinese medicine has become a treasure of medical theory for thousands of years and the essence of the world’s excellent civilization.However,due to the cumbersome ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine,with unknown medicinal substances,the origin,variety,processing method and other aspects can easily affect its efficacy.Therefore,the establishment of quality standards for traditional Chinese medicine has become one of the obstacles for Chinese medicine to enter the international pharmaceutical industry.The establishment of scientific and appropriate quality standards for traditional Chinese medicine and the study of the pharmacological effects of traditional Chinese medicine provide basic theoretical data for the better development of new traditional Chinese medicines.They are also an indispensable part for Chinese medicines to enter the international market of medicine.An important measure that is safe,effective and controllable is of great significance.Vitiligo tincture,Shou wu sheng fa liniment,and Jin gu jian bu granules are dosage forms developed for clinical application.In order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical medicine,this study conducts a comprehensive quality study on these three Chinese medicine preparations.First of all,in this paper,the main medicinal herbals of vitiligo tincture,Shou wu sheng fa liniment,Jin gu jian bu granules were established to identify and determine the content of the sample detection method.The thin layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography were used for key research and a complete method Learn to verify.Then,in order to determine the validity period of its storage,a stability test was conducted.The last part,in order to explore the pharmacological effects of the drug process,we used MCR-ALS,time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy,molecular docking and other methods to study the interaction between the single-component chemical drug venlafaxine hydrochloride and BSA.To explore the mutual pharmacological effects of drug molecules and protein binding,which will also provide a useful basic exploration for the use of this method for the pharmacological exploration of traditional Chinese medicine in the future.In summary,by investigating the quality research of vitiligo tincture,Shou wu sheng fa liniment,Jin gu jian bu granules and the pharmacological study of venlafaxine,it is of great significance to further study new Chinese medicines,so as to achieve the safety and control of Chinese medicines.
