| Objective:To verify the clinical efficacy of shenling baizhu powder in the treatment of postoperative spleen and stomach weakness in patients with gastric cancer.Based on the structural changes of the tongue coating flora,this paper discussed the microecological mechanism of shenling baizhu powder in the treatment of gastric cancer patients after surgery who are weakness of the spleen and stomach.Methods:Patients with spleen and stomach weakness after gastric cancer surgery were selected from the surgical oncology of gastroenterology,affiliated hospital of nanjing university of traditional Chinese medicine,After the dialectical treatment,shenling baizhu powder was taken for 4 weeks,and then the therapeutic effect was evaluated according to TCM syndrome score Patients with therapeutic effects were selected as the observation group,tongue coating samples were extracted before and after taking traditional Chinese medicine,and tongue coating samples were divided into Before group and After group.In addition,tongue coating samples of normal subjects were taken as healthy control group,the changes of tongue coating flora were analyzed based on 16SrDNA high-throughput sequencing.Results:In this study,a total of 19 patients with spleen and stomach weakness after gastric cancer surgery were treated with traditional Chinese medicine for 4 weeks,of which 10 were Significant effective,6 were effective and 3 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 84.21%.Finally,the observation group included 15 patients with spleen and stomach weakness syndrome after gastric cancer surgery with effective treatment,and the healthy control group included 12 healthy subjects,A total of 42 cases of qualified tongue coating samples were obtained.Statistical analysis showed that the general data of the observation group and the healthy control group were not statistically significant,and the two groups were comparable.It can be seen from the sample dilution curve that the curve gradually flattens,indicating that the sequencing amount of each sample is sufficient.Alpha diversity analysis showed differences in species richness and diversity between After group and Before group.The significance analysis of the differences showed that,at the genus level,the abundance of Atopobium,Megasphaera and Saccharimonadaceae in the After group was significantly reduced compared with Before group(P<0.05),compared with the Before group,the Atopobium was significantly reduced in the After group and HC group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between After group and HC group(P>0.05).Conclusions:Shenling baizhu powder is effective in treatment of patients with spleen and stomach weakness after gastric cancer surgery.Taking shenling baizhu powder can change the structure of tongue coating flora in patients with spleen and stomach weakness after gastric cancer surgery.There were significant differences between Before group and After group at the levels of phylum,class,order,family and genus.Atopobium may be a marker of the mechanism of action of shenling baizhu powder in treating patients with spleen and stomach weakness after gastric cancer surgery. |
